Brought them an very good working phone with no issues, with the exception of a minor crack in the screen. The phone was only 5 months old. The tech quoted me that the fee is 75.00 plus tax. One hour later, I picked up the phone, and the screen was replaced. Less than 24 hours later, the screen started to turn green in color from the dop down, and over the next 5 days, the entire screen was green in color and four days later, the screen was black, and completely unusable. I returned to the tec hit, and inquired about the phones current condition, and the tech tells me, that when I left, everything was working, and I must have done something to cause this issue. No warranty was explained to me at that time, and I was out of luck. He would not stand by his terrible craftsmanship, and my phone is broke.
