I didn’t think I would ever say this about a dentist office, but what a pleasant experience I had. The place is nice and cozy and I didn’t had to wait to get in. But the best and most delightful part was the hygienist that took care of me. Her name is Sue, and she’s the most sweet and caring doctor you’ll ever meet. On my first visit she took x-​rays and then I had a cleaning. She did a wonderful job, and she didn’t rush it, so much so, she had to re schedule her next appointment (it’s my fault I apologize). Throughout my whole visit she was always nice and kept me updated on what she was doing. After that I saw Dr. Pieri, and she as well, was nice and explained me what I needed to get done. I can’t rave enough about how wonderful this place is, and how friendly the staff is. Did I mention this is a dentist?! I can’t wait for my next appointment.(who says that?! And no I’m not crazy). I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

I absolutely hate the dentist. I H.A.T.E. the dentist.
So I was reluctant to go to the dentist when I moved to Buffalo. Being 4 years since I’ve last been (yikes!) I made it a point to go.
I asked around for good, gentle dentists and Dr. Pieri’s name kept coming up. Made an appointment and they were able to take me the next day!
I was shaking in my boots but the hygienist (I wish I could remember her name) was very gentle and caring. She calmed my nerves right away. I left cavity free, and pain free. And huge plus, because my wisdom teeth haven’t come in yet, Dr. Pieri said that they won’t come in for me so that’s one less thing to worry about! Holler!
Dr. Pieri offers late night hours on Monday and Tuesday until 7:00 PM which is another huge plus for me. I will definitely recommend her to anyone!
