Sent here after I got an eye infection. Dr. Cooper’s great and friendly, so is all the other staff. The wait not so much. For the past month I’ve been here I’ve had waits from 15 minutes to as long as 2.5 hours(including after being seen by a technician and having to wait again). My first visit(as an emergency) I was seen ASAP but after that I’ve always had to wait. Never been to a place like this before where after being seen by a technician I had to go sit in the hallway for the doc to get me. One time they sat me so far away from the docs office that they thought I left when they simply didn’t walk far down enough. Also, I’m not a big girl, and I felt like I was getting in everyone’s way when I sat down with my feet on the ground. When I put my feet up(Indian style? I remember this is how I sat in classrooms when I was little) I was yelled at and told I needed to put my feet back down.
