Order from here every time I am in town. Bagels are good. Friendly staff as well! When ever I order over the phone they know it’s my order once I walk in the door!

I was passing by on my lunch break and decided to stop in for a bagel. I got an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. It was good. No complaints. However, I did find it strange that in the dining room right in front of my table there were about 20 boxes of drinks that were just laying on the floor. Some were opened and some weren’t. And there was also a stack of them about 4 foot high piled in the corner. It was just odd to me that they would be in the dinning area right in front of the window for customers to see as they walk in. I even saw them before I walked it. I worked in the food service industry for 5 years. And we always keep drinks and food away from where the customers sat and ate.

Let’s start with I have ordered from this place all the time and usually have been satisfied. I mean it’s your average pizza joint and the wings are yummy. So I ordered for a party and when I arrived to pick up my order I saw the employee boxing it. I asked«those look kinda burnt… Have they been fried too long». She assured me that’s how it looks. I was skeptical but left with wings in hand. Arrived home opened both containers and as suspected one set was burnt and the other was fine. This wasn’t the worst part. I called and was told that burnt was how they always look and there was nothing they could do and I was free to not order from them again. This is how the supervisor talks to patrons!!! He doesn’t have to worry he’s lost my business and all the nurses at Lourdes when I tell them about my experience.

real quick review. Due to some homeowner related issues, I was at the laundromat next door and decided to pop in for a quick sandwich for lunch. I got a turkey club and was pleasantly surprised. The staff seemed friendly, although there were A LOT of them, and more came in while I was there, just getting behind the counter and grabbing a slice of pizza or soda. Whatever, thats THEIR business. The pizza looked like good, thin crust pizza, in the style of a new york pizza and the prices were what you’d expect. They had some daily specials though that brought the cost down a bit. I gave it 3 stars because thats about as high as you can get(from ME) for being a neighborhood pizza shop. You’d really have to knock my knickers off to get much more than that. Its not upscale dining, but it does the job. Don’t misunderstand, this place IS good.
