She took my order wrong at the drive thru. She had a thick accent. Which didn’t make it any easier… Then on top of that she got a attitude with me because she made a mistake. Telling me she’s the one taking orders. So I had to ask her if she’s the one paying for the order??? That went over her head as well… So needless to say I’ll keep my money and spend it elsewhere. Someone has me really messed up if they define that as customer service and yes I’ll be definitely writing a complaint on my lunch break. Hopefully she won’t be taking any more orders at Popeyes

Customer service is practically non existent and a majority of the time, night or day, they won’t have a menu item available to be ordered. How is it that 3 out of 5 times, Popeyes CHICKEN and Biscuits doesn’t have chicken available? Although I appreciate hot, freshly made food, the idea here is a balance between fresh and convenient. If I have to wait 20 – 30 minutes for chicken to be made, especially when I have a screaming child in the backseat, the convenience flies right out of the window. But I agreed to the 3 – 5 minute wait and waited I did. At the 18 minute mark I charged inside and asked if there was a problem. Apparently my order had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long. I pointed out the four other vehicles lined up outside that were told to wait for their orders to be brought out to them. The staff was clueless. «There are people outside?» Are you kidding me?! What incompetence and laziness. Get it together Popeyes!

I don’t know why but the food seems to just taste better here! Bonafide chicken– mild preferred– with biscuits and honey! I gave three stars cuz they are quick to make you pull up to wait for your order but then forget about you. HELLO! I went to drive thru to stay in the damn car not get out. If you roll with kids in car seats(sometimes sleeping), you might understand.
