Bartender Shannon is rude and miserable. Managers don’t seem to care when you have a problem. Salad bar sucks

Went to this location for dinner. Upon entering, no hostess was there to greet us. When she finally appeared, she didn’t offer any welcoming comment. Just stared at us expectantly waiting for us to tell her how many of us were in our party. After I explained that there were five of us and that we would need a high chair, she left us to ask two other people where she should seat us. When she did come back for us, she led us to our table while checking her cell phone. The waitress was very nice, quiet and somewhat unsure of what to do. We ordered our appetizers, which came out very quickly. It was mediocre at best. Nothing tasted fresh. Our waitress then asked if she could bring out our children’s meals since they were ready. Not wanting them to sit on the warmers, I told her to go ahead and bring them out. Our children were nearly finished their meals when our waitress came back to tell us that our meals were just about ready. Considering how long it took for our meals to come out, you would think that they would be piping hot. Not the case here. My pasta was luke warm and the chicken in the dish was overly salty. My husband’s fries tasted like they were fried in oil that was old and his burger was extremely greasy. He ordered the salad bar with his meal. The offer was limited and many platters were nearly empty. My advise is… Go somewhere else!

Good was pretty decent. I ordered the Chicken Bella and my wife ordered Salmon with zucchini. The home style peach tea was extremely good. My wife ordered a Long Island iced tea which tasted more like a watered down coke, however the waitress had no problems exchanging it for a different drink, which came out to taste much better. It was not crowded and I often don’t think it’s ever too crowded as I pass by here often on 130. I would definitely go here again as the environment was clean and the wait staff was exceptional.

Food was delicious. The person joining me ordered a baked potato. It was the last one they had cooked. When they brought it out, they recognized it was over cooked and offered to make it up to us. Very polite with good service. Love the salad bar! Yummy! I enjoyed my perfectly cooked medium rare sirloin. So moist and delicious. Only negative, the tables are really close together in some areas of the restaurant.

I’ve only been to Ruby Tuesdays a few times, this was my first time at this location. It was close to where my friend and I were, so we stopped in. It was empty with the exception of one other table and a group at the bar, but it was a Monday. We waited a little bit to be seated, it seemed all the employees were in the back or something. The hostess apologized and seated us, we received out menus and ordered drinks. As I’m looking through the menu a random guy walls in and asks the other table to use their phone… Huh… So as he is standing there obviously not with the party, the Waiter comes over to take our order, looks over at the table and noticed something off but says and does nothing. I was ready to leave, my friend wanted to stay, so I obliged. I ordered the ribeye and a Ruby relaxer, he came back shortly saying they were no longer making drinks for the night… Huh? But I could order a wine or something I declined, but he kept asking me apologizing and kind of forcefully asking me to order something else, I assumed he would make it complimentary or something, I was wrong. Anyways my meal came, I was pleasantly surprised, they steak was really good, seasoned well and cooked to the perfect temperature I indicated. My friend’s ribs looked good as well. I would visit Ruby Tuesday again, just not this location.

We went to Ruby Tuesdays to enjoy an anniversary dinner and ended up leaving hungry and disgusted. I ordered my favorite, country style chicken tenders and specifically requested they not be overcooked. Wasted my breath. They came and were way overcooked and exceedingly dry. It was actually suggested I order something else! I told them I had the chicken tenders at other Rubys before, many times, and I didnt want to hear the lame excuse that it was«very difficult to fry them without them ending up the way they did.’ Really? I said I wanted a new order and they came back even WORSE! They had obviously been thrown back into the fat and burned some more! And even more DRY. The waiter tried to tell me they wanted me to eat them and they would be «nice and soft» inside! I refused, told him they obviously did NOT know how to cook a good chicken tender and they should look at the pictures on their own menu to see how the tenders SHOULD look! Totally ruined the evening. We said to give us the bill for the drinks and we wanted to get the heck out of there. Couldn’t even do THAT right! The waiter made a mistake and put 2 drinks in as cash and one as a debit when I TOLD him I was paying the bill with a credit card. And he tried to insist I use cash to correct his error when I had already said I was paying with a credit card. Then he actually asked me «Are you sure you don’t have any cash?» And all this time I was amazed that the manager never showed up at our table. We left, disgusted, hungry, and totally furious that our anniversary«celebration» was such a gross experience.

I ate here with my sister a few weeks ago. It was a last minute decision and we were very pleased we chose to go here. I guess we were not expecting much. We had both been to Ruby’s Tuesday’s many times before in PA and NJ. The food has always been decent. We were both really surprised how much better our experience was than we had anticipated it would be. The host was very friendly and sat us immediately. I know this sounds trivial but he asked if we preferred a booth or table. Most of the time these days the host just seats you and does not ask your preference. Our server Ray was also really great. He was friendly, funny and got our order PERFECT! It has also been a rare occasion lately that a server gets an order right with special requests. We had cheeseburger, no bun and steamed zucchini instead of fries. The burgers were huge and really juicy and cooked as we requested. The steamed zucchini was also very good and seasoned nicely. We also go the salad bar which, to our surprise, was tidy, clean and full of fresh items. We both enjoyed a huge salad with out meals. This was also one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been to in a while and that statement also includes the bathroom. Clean and sanitary which made me feel even better about our choice to eat here. I have no doubt I will go to a different Ruby Tuesday’s in the future and be disappointed when I compare it to the one in Willingboro, NJ. I’ll definitely eat here again soon.

I just moved to willingboro, and this Ruby Tuesdays is within 2 minutes walking distance from my home. In my opinion they close too early, and the wait staff could be slightly more friendly. They have happy hour specials, the wings were $ 5, and were good. The bartenders were attractive… overall, i shall be a regular… i just wish they stayed open longer… at 10:30pm im just figuring out if im hungry or not… lol

This is a new Ruby Tuesday that I only just happened to notice because there’s a geocache around the corner in the same complex. It’s fairly standard Ruby Tuesday, but for now, it looks clean and nice. I had no complaint about the service either and the food is identical to the rest of the restaurant chain.

This is the second time I’ve eaten from this particular location… Not good. The first time we dined in and it was just ok but this time we got RubyTueGo and it was much worse! We couldn’t tell the difference between the red velvet and carrot cupcakes other than the carrot had inedible hard black bits in it and it was even drier and burnt. Plus, who makes red velvet or carrot cake with vanilla icing? They’re both supposed to have cream cheese icing. The Baja quesadilla had blue cheese on it for some weird reason(maybe instead of sour cream by accident??) but when it was scraped off, it tasted even worse. We asked for jalapeños on the quesadilla and they put them on the side too so they weren’t cooked with it. The only decent thing was the Parmesan chicken pasta. Good thing it was close bc that was just a waste of gas :(

My wife and I were looking for something different. So we decided to stop in to Ruby Tuesdays. We were immediately seated. Ron was our server. Let me say that Ron was by far the best server I have had in a long time. We both started out having the Salad bar. Everything was nice and fresh. For our meal we decided to have the turkey minis. They were juicy and very flavorful. The one thing that I loved about the service is Ron always anticipated what we needed and we never had to ask. For instance we never had o ask for another beverage. it just appeared at the right time. If you stop in ask for Ron. Tell him I sent you!
