The menu shows beautiful items however the food is just ok and is pricey. I have been several times and the service is consistently slow. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I have eaten there several times and it was good. This time, they gave me orange chicken instead of orange beef, the egg rolls were small and came from a freezer bag, the chicken was freezer bag also, they did not have the plum wine on the menu, and the coffee was luke warm. The waitresses were as sweet as could be. Unfortunately the dinner was as bad as i have ever eaten. I doubt i will go back again. It was good in the past. I assume ownership has changed. Too bad.

I don’t understand the mixed reviews. The food is always good and great service at least from our regular server, Sydney. They also have the best egg drop soup.

WILLNEVERGOBACK! ordered Togo and was given the option of white rice, brown rice, ham fried rice, chicken fried rice or mix fried rice. We order chicken fried rice. Went to pick go our $ 35 dinner and they have us white rice. Went in thinking a mistake was made and NO they decided white rice for us bc they have a new hire and had the balls to say«that will be $ 8.95 more for the fried rice.» NO! they should have made that situation right and gave us what we ordered with our entrée!!! They lost a good paying customer that lives only a mile away. I will drive to hunan village for our Chinese food from here on out!!!

Our group of four came in for an early light New Year’s Eve dinner, and couldn’t have been more disappointed. We should have realized it wasn’t going to be good when we didn’t see a single Asian host/ess, server, or anything of the sort, but our friends, who have a home in Bentwater assured us this is the best restaurant in the area.(As Mr. T would say, «I pity the fool that lives up there!») We ordered only a few dishes, so here’s the rundown: Pan-fried pork dumpling – very good(5⁄5), BUT ordered as an appetizer, and delivered after my entrée. Mongolian Beef – dry, extremely salty to the point of being almost inedible(1⁄5) Crispy honey shrimp – good(4⁄5) Chicken Pad Thai – bland, dry, flavorless. Recommended by our server as one of house specialties(1⁄5) This dish was served before my appetizer, so I asked server to take it back into kitchen to keep it under heat lamp. Chef refused to do so, telling server it would get dried out,(even more???) so it came back to the table just ahead of the dumplings. And the topper? My wife ordered Chicken Lettuce Wraps. She said the meat was okay, but served on very thin romaine leaves???(2⁄5) I will say their prices were reasonable, but I’d never eat there again.

Service was friendly and fast but the food quality was very poor. Will not be back which is unfortunate as it is in a very convenient location.

Just came here for lunch today with the bf and it is AMAZING! We ordered the lettuce wraps(try the sauce that comes with them, it’s wonderful), orange peel chicken and general tso chicken and they were both delicious and cooked perfectly! I have never had such yummy general tso chicken before, and I shared some with my bf and he said the same. Also, the noodle and vegetable soup is delicious, and the people that work there are so sweet! We will definitely be back! Also, here is where there menu is listed:

Wed. Night Nov 25th: 8 min at bar before someone noticed me, I had to ask to place a to go order, they never acknowledged nor offer me a beverage, then 10 min after ordering the to go, I was told it will be another 30 min for soup and chix and beans to go… wait staff said they need cooks in the back, it was not the lady who took my order. The young kid working the bar area and to go pick up has no customer service skills. Clueless

Wow — haven’t had that bad of service in a long time. We waited more than an hour and our food never came. Tables around us were not bussed for more than 25 minutes. People were coming in with there take out orders complaining that their food was not correct. No one — including the owner was willing to apologize or manage the situation. Overall the service was terrible and the restaurant was dirty. The restaurant has a great location and has great potential. It will never improve until a new owner takes over. I’ve seen bar rescue, but this place needs restaurant rescue asap… Best of luck Mr and Mrs Bing

Ordered takeout. Food was bland and tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken was more like chicken McNuggets and we ordered vegetable chow mein for my kids to split. Got home and the chow mein was literally dry spaghetti noodles. No vegetables, no sauce, nothing but noodles. Very disappointing since we are moving to this area and there aren’t a lot of Asian places near by.

Besides the fact that there are no online menus… The food is great & they deliver! Kept a menu for later but the portions were great sizes and staff was super friendly!

The food is okay. Service is terrible based on several times having eaten there. I entered recently at 8:30PM. They close on weekends at 9:00. Normally I dislike entering a restaurant within 30 minutes of closing, but I knew what I wanted, and they have made things quickly in the past. I went to sit at the bar. Was there for around five minutes with no one bothering to greet me, acknowledge my presence, or even ask me if I’d like anything to drink. The place barely had anyone in it, and I managed to catch the eye of a waiter adjusting chairs at tables. He said nothing and did nothing. Finally, I got up and left. So, food I would give at least three stars from eating there before and through delivery several times(we live close by). Service, however, rates one to one and half stars. Final rating is two stars. The place could and should be better.

This is the best Asian food ! If it is not on the menu they will make it for you. Owners make you feel like you are part of their family ! Hoping they open a restaurant in the woodlands next ! You do not want to miss this place you will not be disappointed ! It’s simply the greatest.

Very unprofessional staff!, I called 5 times with no answer and when they finally answered I told them I wanted an order to go and I was placed on hold for 12 minutes. I called from another phone and after 4 more attempts I talked to someone that informed me they were not taking to go orders because they were so backed up. Unbelievable!,

We’ve been eating here about once a month for 3 years and love every meal. The staff is great and The place is very clean. Szechuan crispy beef, egg rolls, honey crispy chicken, dumplings, hot sour soup, egg drop soup, bbq ribs, beef and asparagus and fried rice are too notch. My only complaint is the lack if good beers to chose from. There are some decent breweries around but I guess that isn’t somethin Bings cares about.

TAKENOTE: THEYNOLONGERSERVESUSHI This was actually my second time here. The first time was for sinner with my wife and the food was actually pretty good from what I remember. However, not so much so this time. So, I stopped in for lunch by myself and waited probably 5 minutes before being seated. I asked if I could sit at the bar b/c I was solo and the TV was on. The host/waiter very abruptly told me «no, the bar is closed». I said, «well, the TV is on» and he did not respond just showed me to my table. Tip: if the bar is «closed» turn off the TV. On to the food: I ordered the peppered steak. It comes with a house cabbage/noodle soup which actually was pretty food but I would’ve liked to have hot ‘n sour but was told that there is ABSOLUTELY no substitutions unless you pay full price. Strike two! The main dish fried rice was horrible! It was dry and hard and was probably left over from the night before… this would make sense why they do allow substitutions. The steak was nicely cooked and the sauce was good but there was only about 10 very small slivers of beef with A LOT of onions and bell peppers. You also get a fried piece of something that they call a «crab wonton» and a previously frozen egg roll. Here comes strike three: the waiter confirmed I was deinking water right before he gave me my ticket. He charged me $ 2 for tea that I didn’t have. So, if he’s reading this, add this $ 2 to the $ 1 tip please. To the owners: this has a lot of potential for lunch but I seriously think the food for lunch is left over from dinner the night before. Please don’t continue to do this, just close for lunch. Also, your male(white) waiter is a total asshole.

I read mixed reviews on this place so I thought id go try to enjoy the food myself. Well, the first time I went the male host was very rude so I actually got up from my seat and said I won’t be giving that kinda of attitude my business. As I walked out he was saying«excuse me what did you say» I said u heard me. I went back with some friends a couple months later and the host was very nice, she was the manager. The food was good. The 3rd time I went. I had food inside my coke cup and then was served my food with a long hair in it. I said well that’s too much I’m sorry I’m going to have to leave. The server girl was very apologetic and embarrassed. So I’d say this place is just not for me… I have standards

When you order asian food in Montgomery Texas the first thing you need to do when you get it home is pour off the gallon of excess sauce before everything gets real limp. Well Bing’s does not suffer from this. My wife and I hugged and joined hands as we realized our dishes had the appropriate covering but not swimming in sauce. I had the spicy beef with green beans, the sauce was ginger, green onion, jalapeño and wine. I was so happy. My wife had the vegg moo shu and it was wonderful. My kids noodle dishes had about 4 times the amount of fresh vegtables as what we get from other places in the area. The prices are slightly higher than the competition in the area but you get what you pay for. I would pay triple. We will be back.

You don’t have a ton of options for dining in this neck of the woods. Bings really stands out but it would do that up against Asian fusion in The Woodlands or downtown Houston. The food is great, the service is family friendly and the atmosphere is classy. This is a Conroe Montgomery Gem!

This is some seriously good Asian food for its location. The restaurant is nice and clean and the food is excellent. Sometimes it is packed and sometimes is dead but it’s always very tasty. Their chicken with a honey glaze is very addicting. The only complaint is they don’t let you substitute the soup on their lunch specials and fried rice isn’t just extra, you have to order it in addition to the rice that comes with your entrée.
