This will ALWAYS be my first call, anytime I have issues with my appliances. I called Chuck to come look at my dryer that wouldn’t start. As we discussed the problem over the phone, he figured out the issue and told me exactly how I could handle it myself and save some money. OUTSTANDING human being… Thank You Chuck and I look forward to paying you the next time I need your services.

I called Chuck For repair to my Samsung front load washer. He stated that he did not work on Korean Models but referred me to someone that did. He was prompt returning my phone message and could not have been nicer. He could have just declined and left me to my won resources but instead was good enough to care and help me the best he could. He even took a few moments to explain & inform me that even some so called domestic appliances might actually be imports that are just rebranded & sold under a domestic name. I will Post a review of «Mark Duncan» who Chuck referred me too after he comes today.
