Do not purchase an RV/Trailer from this so called local dealership!!! After signing and putting a down payment on trailer I was bamboozled. Both the sales rep Jimmy and his manager told me I was approved for the trailer and that all they were going to do is shop it around to get me the best deal. I told them is this 100 percent because I was going to have to go out and buy a bigger SUV in order to tow the trailer but if I was not going to get the trailer there was no reason for me to get a new SUV. They of course told me 100 percent and said we would not tell you this and if we were not sure. Within a few days I bought a new Chevy Tahoe to pull the new trailer. Then all of a sudden they wouldn’t return my calls then they started to ask me about other models that were used maybe I would like. I of course told them no that I signed for the model I wanted. After weeks of not picking up my calls I get a call from the guy in finance asking for my card number because they were refunding my deposit. I asked what are you talking about and he then said I was not approved any longer and pushed for the number. I was in the hospital at the time so I did not have the strength to deal with it so allowed them to refund it. Not only did I buy a new car I didn’t need they did not have enough respect to apologize. This was the horror story or all horror stories you hear from dealerships. The saddest part is the stood behind the small town values and brought it up my times but this was not how you would treat your worst enemy. DONOTWASTE Your time purchasing from here!!!

I agree with most other folks here who claim that the service is bad, they won’t answer phones. They are rude and customer service is the last thing they care about. it IS high pressure new sales and they DONOT care what you want. Let me explain in detail. My wife and I have decided to start looking at Class A motorhomes since we have been talking for years about getting into an RV. After so much online research and talking to people, we decide to start looking at the used market. We started with a reputable Rv dealer on the near North side of Houston. Great experience and no pressure today. We then drive up to Willis to Holiday World instead of trekking al the way out to Katy. We walk in and a young girl behind the counter asks literally, «what do you want?» We inform her that we would like to talk to someone about used recent model Class A RV’s. She ask the first salesman and he walks past. She asks a second younger salesman and he says he can’t help. She asks a somewhat older gentleman and he said he will find someone. After a couple of minutes he comes back and says to us, I guess I can help you. We inform him that we are looking for a 2007 — 2010 Class A motorhome and would like to look at a couple. He says well come back to my office. I ask him again if they have used Class A’s in stock. He says, «why do you want a used one?» I told him because«That is what we have decided on, besides, I do not want to take to depreciation hit of a new one.» He asks again, «why, I think a new one would be better suited.» I say again, «we would like to look at your used motorhomes, Class A.» The last straw was when he says, «well, that’s wrong and backwards of what most people do that!» At that point, i felt insulted and it was obvious, we were not going to have a good experience. I turned to my wife and said, «come on, let’s go.» We walked out and it did not seem to phase anyone there. I will not go back and my advice is, do not even waste your time!!!

I purchased a travel trailer a few months ago from Holiday World in League City and had it sent to Holiday World in Willis. Before the sale, everyone was helpful, afterwards it was a different story. Being a new RV owner, I purchased the extended warranty. The finance person in Willis told us the warranty would cover towing any vehicle to any service location no matter what the mileage was(first lie) and that it would take care of getting me to the first of the line to get problems fixed(second lie) The first time a problem comes up is that the electric tongue jack stopped working while we are getting ready to leave to Austin. We went by the store and all I wanted was the jack handle to manually work the jack for now. They don’t carry that part. They could order it but that doesn’t help me as I’m trying to leave. Then I asked about getting the jack fixed and they said they couldn’t do that quickly either. It would require ordering parts as well. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out if it doesn’t work, replace it. He said when I get to Austin, I can check with the network there. The nearest one is an HOUR away. Holiday World’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired and their extended warranty is WORTHLESS.

High pressure salesman and the service /parts dept. are no help at all. Looks like they are more interested in selling you a trailer but no help fixing the junk after you buy it. I told my salesman he was priced higher then all the other places I had been. His comment was«someone has to pay for all this concrete». Not impressed with this place at all. Buyers beware. I could care less if the trailers are parked on rock, dirt, or concrete. I just want a knowledgeable salesperson that wants to help and not tell me what I need or want. Also a service dept. that can answer my questions.

Will someone please answer the phone is the service department??? I would give these guys 5 stars if I could just talk to my Service Adviser. All calls go to voice mail and calls are not returned. They seem to do good work, my camper was repaired as promised but good luck on getting a call from them when it’s ready. I had to keep calling and finally got someone to answer the phone. They could learn a little from Toppers in Waller, you get to speak to a live person every time.
