Huge upgrade from the former Kroger and love the gas prices. There are multiple entrances including a semi obscure/secret one by the Starbucks. Super convenient. There are a few items you can’t find in their fresh bulk section such as the almonds I get in Houston, but overall happy w food selection. This is also a Mega Kroger so they had furniture at one time. They have changed that section out to clothing– they have a ton! Also, dishes, kitchen necessities, Starbucks, cosmetics, bank, jeweler, florist, and more.

I’m sure when it opened it was amazing… now — it’s just a typical grocery store in the USA — overstocked with food that’s going to be thrown away and never enough cashiers or sackers. The set up of this store is beyond illogical as you have to walk one end of the store to the other to get from the coolers where milk is to the fresh {frozen thawed} seafood counter and deli. It’s ridiculously inefficient. Sadly it’s the ONLY grocery store in Willis so we’re stuck. For it being the anchor of a typical strip center the parking lot is horrifyingly small and full of terrifying blind spots where there are 20 somethings in huge overcompensating dually pickups driving like they think they’re NHRA driving — not that the«average» person in a sedan is driving in safer, saner or slower…

I love love love this kroger store. It’s always cleaned and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and knowledge as to wear items are located in the store. Also there store manger is the best. U can tell he really cares about his employees by the way to speaks to them. I also love there clothes department, it makes it a one stop shop and eliminates my need to go all the way to Conroe for most things

The store is nice it has a wide selection of products from produce to furniture. The service is better than average, they polite and always smiling. Good place to stop if you are working out of town. If you prefer organic products like myself I would stick with HEB or Costco. However what little they do have in the organic selections will do in a pinch.

It’s one of the cheaper places to buy gas between Houston and Huntsville. Too bad I usually forget about the exit when coming from Huntsville or I’m on the wrong side of the Highway when coming from Houston.

Had to run in here on Saturday 11÷16÷13 to pick up a few things on the way to a party. All of the fresh blackberries and raspberries had fuzzy mold on them.

I found the customer service here to be 50⁄50 in terms of helpfulness and availability. It too me 10 minutes to find someone I could ask a question about stock and where I could find something. And, when I finally did; they told me to go to the wrong location.

Really good wine prices, and the store-brand Moose Tracks ice cream is CRAAAAAZY delicious. Food prices seem just a little over the area average, so I don’t do my grocery shopping here, but I go here when we need, you know, wine and ice cream.
