Printed out an Entertainment coupon to buy one sandwich and get one free (up to a $ 6.00 value). When I arrived, the owner, an uneducated baboon with the customer service skills of a sea slug, shouted expletives – in front of other customers – about how «Entertainment f*cking robbed me» and «put stuff up [coupons that he had agreed to publish?] that isn’t true.» He ended his rude rant sarcastically with the line, «Let me know if you want something from me that isn’t free.»
The fact that the owner is losing money on Entertainment coupons should not be the customer’s concern. He should contact Entertainment directly to ask to have coupons removed since he is losing money. This slob lives up to his store name: he is truly a hack. There are plenty of other delis around. Don’t waste your time here.
