AAA

I was dreading this experience as if I was going to the DMV and was pleasantly surprised that it was absolutely the opposite of what I was expecting. The staff here (especially Corey who assisted me) totally knocked it out of the park! I’ve used AAA services before for trip planning but this particular visit was to obtain my international drivers permit/​translate my licensee. It was quick, painless, and actually totally enjoyable. The staff new exactly what they were doing — even in the face of an impending ‘office wide computer shutdown’. I was a little worried when I first came in that that would make the process ten times longer but the woman assisting me did everything she could do to get my information in before anything happened to the system.
Not only was I walking out less then 10 minutes later with the permit, the offered to look up and print out hotels, schedule a rental car, even find tourist destinations in the areas I was visiting. Way to go AAA I’ll be back again soon for any future trip planning!
