Place is going downhill. Two years ago portions were huge and staff was friendly. Now your rushed in, rushed out and food is mediocre and just okay. Inexpensive but not really worth it.

Inexpensive lunch specials which are fine for the price. The most notable thing about this place, however, is its rude, impatient wait staff.

THISPLACESUCKS!!! First time here, I’m allergic to shrimp– asked for VEGETABLE Pad Thai, they have me SHRIMP. I told her I asked for vegetable– so she took it back to the kitchen and probably took out the shrimp. As I was eating I came across a shrimp and freaked out! They also have really bad customer service. Basically, they suck.

Ordered food two hours early to pick up for family party. Got there twenty minutes late and still had to wait ½ hour for food. Have not even tasted a thing and I am done. You can not survive with this terrible customer service. No host/hostess. Ten people editing over 15 minutes on a Wed night. Restaurant was more than ½ empty no one spoke English even enough to address my issues. Food better be to die for.

The food was mediocre but service poor. Waitstaff slow, unfriendly, and never checked back once food delivered. Ordered hot saki that took 20 minutes to arrive and came out after appetizers. Not a good experience overall.

The sushi here is pretty good. Waitstaff tends to be reclusive but are always polite.

Good food, nice people. Waitstaff was quiet but attentive. Wait time for food was reasonable. We got the Kung Pao chicken and the Mock Eel and both had beautiful presentation and were tasty. We will come back again.

It’s a big restaurant and it was empty. Kind of says it all really. Our food arrived before our drinks! Again, this might just say it all. The food was nice for what it was but in terms of a speciality Asian food it missed the mark. I think they are struggling to identify what dish is from where. I’ve had far worse than this but I still wouldn’t go back!

Eh, it’s kind of an ‘I could live without it place’. The food is just alright, pretty standard sushi and Asian fare. They have a decent lunch special if you are looking to save some money but it’s better spent somewhere else. The atmosphere is pretty much non existent seeing as no one is ever in there. It’s more of a convenient place to eat while you are shopping in Williston.

Another update and, I’m not upping it this time. The food was just ok and nothing special. It seems as if it’s begun to lack any real, standout flavors. The servers were all about quickness, like a surly diner staff. No politeness, no asking how everything was, no offer of drink refills. Speaking of which, DONOT waste your money on one of their supposed«mai-tai’s». I might have to show them how to make one. I suspect there was not even 1 shot total of alcohol in my drink, which was $ 6.95. Anyway, I doubt we’ll give them another try. There are too many choices around this area. It almost felt like they we under new ownership and didn’t have anything figured out yet. Oh well…

Enjoyed a nice dinner of ginger chicken with brown rice. Very good. Could not eat it all after having the hot and sour soup and sushi/spring roll apps. too! Yummy! The service was polite and very attentive to our needs. My place to go for Asian food.

Good Asian food at a great price. Fast and attentive servers. Had lunch special Kung pao chicken, with hot+sour soup, and also a shrimp tempura roll. Everything was good, no complaints. A cut above most casual Asian eateries. Was in and out for lunch in only about 40 min.

All I wanted was some sesame chicken. How can you call yourself an Asian bistro and mess up sesame chicken?

Absolutely terrible. The man working there said they have been open for 10 years. 10 years of abysmal food. Congrats.

Best place for sushi in Williston! Reasonably priced for quality and quantity. Spent around $ 100 for two, that was 6 rolls and some Saki.

I’ve eaten here many time, this is my last. We had 3 dirty plates, they were wet and had sauce on them. The food arrived and the Generals chicken was over cooked and the chicken and eggplant was cold.

If you like the«Chef Boyardee» of Asian food, you will love this place. My partner and I ordered the Pad Thai and it is as though the sauce was made up of their sweet and sour sauce mixed with chili powder. Plus they had the audacity to charge us for this dreck. Had to search for the waitress to order and they charge for soda refills. There are so many better options in the area than this place.

For me Asian Bistro is really just a Chinese take out masked in a fancy space that was turned in a Chinese Restaurant. The food isn’t really restaurant worthy and the prices they seem to charge are vastly over prices. I will say that the General Tsao and Sesame Chicken dishes here are very good. But other than that i really don’t see what separates this place from the average Chinese take out joint. I won’t blame the establishment but i also had some sushi with eel sauce a while back when i first visited and i got extremely sick at the restaurant, maybe it was an allergic reaction maybe it wasn’t but i mean it definitely wasn’t a good sign. I have gone back since and i haven’t had a problem with the food, but the price point is really not worth it.

Pretty standard sushi and Chinese. I had the Chirashi sushi which was 8 pieces of sushi on top of rice — good fish, definitely fresh and tasty. My bf’s red pepper shrimp and pineapple was the best dish at the table — spicy and flavorful, reminded me of panang curry. My mom’s «creaky chicken», a house special, looked and tasted a lot like general tso’s… not sure what makes it creaky! And my dad’s volcano beef was extra spicy and peppery upon request The staff were all very friendly, and it was fairly quiet especially for a Saturday night. Nothing special about this place, but definitely a good option for sushi or Chinese in Burlington.
