Daddy’s Junky Music

When Daddy’s first opened, it was a fantastic music shop. While I typically avoid chain stores, the customer service and selection (especially for used gear) at Daddy’s was phenomenal.
In the past year or so, however, everything changed. If you order something from another store for pickup, they never contact you to let you know if it’s in and they don’t respond to emails. In-​store service is even worse. I wanted to buy a pedal once and there were three people behind the counter and no one could be bothered to help me. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes along with another customer and we were just ignored. We both ended up just walking out.
I’m pretty sure that the store is under new management, and whoever that is should be fired. Daddy’s is not the store it once was and I avoid it whenever possible now.
