Outanding service, fair price, very knowledgeable, and diverse/​well-​stocked inventory. They won my loyalty. I was in a pinch to get a complete roof rack for my kayak. I had limited knowledge on my options. They addressed my needs for being able to load it by myself, they did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, instead suggesting ways to save! They went above and beyond teaching me how to load and secure the kayak after they skillfully and promptly installed the rack. I won’t spend my money elsewhere when I need a rack. Thanks for restoring my faith in customer service, guys. You set a high bar.

This place is a model for all other businesses to follow, in regards to customer service. Their store was clean, neat, easy access and parking was directly in front of the building. I went in looking for a few parts that were outdated. The guy took an excessive amount of his time to help me (I was the only one in the store) which was appreciated and surprising, in today’s age of dying customer service. He found everything I needed except ONE of the vital parts. He stated I could try on line, find a used one, or hope to stumble across one in a garage sale. He didn’t force a sale, was honest, helpful and a model for customer service. (I wish ALL my employees could do the job of addressing a customer’s needs, helping w/​a product, or offering alternatives that this individual provided) Kudos, big ups, mad props, high five, whatever terms you use. I’m a customer for life. If I buy a new rack for a vehicle, it WILL be from The Rack Warehouse. Their customer service ensured they have a customer for life. I’ll be sure to inform anyone I know of the great consumer experience,

I had previously put an order at ORS Racks direct and never got the rack to ship despite countless emails and calls, that would say that they would ship immediately.
After 2 weeks, I canceled my order with ORS Racks direct and put another order at Rack Warehouse. 2 hours later, I got a UPS notification that the rack was shipped! Super fast shipping! I haven’t received the rack yet so will update my experience when I receive it.
