The apartment themselves are spacious and the garages are decent sized. However the living environment is not enjoyable. Consistent dread of being fined or a note being put on the door warning you of something ELSE you can not do. These apartments however do include all utilities except Internet, which is nice. Be warned however. You will only have a 24 hour notice if the cable company needs to go through the building and do any changes. We asked to be notified so that we could be home when Mid Continent entered our home. We were not notified and came home from work to find the install was done. When you pay $ 2,200 a month for an apartment you do not expect to be treated like a heard of cattle.
Also no area here for children to play.
