Look it is SUPER bad for you; I am not ignorant to this. But when you want to treat yourself to an occasional heart attack this location gets that perfect toast to that buttery bun and the tomatoes are always fresh as is the shredded lettuce. The Roman was NOT dripping with grease and actually looked great when you opened up the package. So presentation was on point and it tasted really good.

So this was my 2nd visit to a Mr. Hero in the 5 years that I’ve lived in Cleveland. The first experience was a different location, slightly more run down, and was 2 star at its best. The roman burger was dripping nastiness everywhere. It was poorly made and compared to the most recent visit, it was obviously made improperly.
Went for the chicken Philly sandwich this time and it was tasty. Not many waffle fries came with, thinking about with the zesty fries next time, because they did look good. I think the key is to hit a location that stays busy and replaces their oil often. Not bad for $ 5 and change.
