I took my kitten here to get shots and for neuter surgery. They give shots in another room (not in front of you). The neuter surgery was pricy, but well done — they sent pics after my kitten got out.

They totally misdiagnosed our dog on 3 separate occasions over the course of a year. After talking about their incompetence online, the negative experiences from others about this same facility was shocking. Terrible.

Switched to this place when I moved down the street from it. After two visits I went back to my old vet who was half an hr away. I just didn’t like that they would give my dog shots in the back room where I couldn’t be with her.

After moving, I thought I’d switch to a vet’s office closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE. I should have known something was wrong when my very docile cat became aggressive when I took him to this vet. (he’d always been a lover at my previous vet’s office) My senior citizen cat was put through unnecessary tests without my consent. When the time came for my kitty to cross the rainbow bridge, shortly after I switched to this vet, the vet performing the procedure forced me to rush my goodbye and also rushed the procedure. I’ll spare the graphic details, but there are certain things that need to be done when an animal is euthanized (like making sure the animal is, in fact, euthanized) and the vet performing the procedure did not do that. It was devastating. In my grief stricken state, I didn’t think it was appropriate for me to have to hunt someone down to confirm if my kitty had crossed over.
To add insult to injury, the vet was extremely cold and rude to me and basically called me an «stupid» for being so emotional in her office.
I have told everyone I know about this awful experience. In defense of this vet’s office, after I wrote them a complaint letter, they did call me to apologize, but it was too little too late.

The vets at this hospital are generally very good. BUT, if you are a breeder or compete in the sport of showing dogs and give your own shots STAY AWAY! I’ve been in the dog world longer than most of those vets have been in this world and have given my dogs their shots myself for at least 15 years. This vet wouldn’t accept that even though I brought the unopened box with all paraphernalia. Instead, she gave my 3-​yr-​old bitch puppy shots that offer less protection than the shots I give. I am so completely upset about this insult I’m looking for someone else to perform a spay.

a few years ago, i lived on the far east side, and this was my vet. this vet is so good that when i moved to nyc, i still kept my cat’s physical appointments here and came home to get the meow meow’s checked up.
i’m not kidding.
this is, by far, the best vet in the cleveland area. i know it’s a bit out there for those living in the main part of clevo, but i even though i’ve moved closer to downtown, i still take my two cats i’ve had to this vet.
they do it all, and they’re at the top of their game. laser surgery, boarding, grooming, obedience training, nutrition, and even psychology for pets. not kidding. my dog had an allergy that was even determined with an veternarian allergic specialist. these folks know what they’re doing.
everyone in my family takes their pets to animal hospital, and as long as i’m within driving distance to this place, so will i.
