I came to buy two ps4 controllers on Easter sunday. The store was pretty much empty besides two employees stocking and taking inventory. They greeted me and my family with just a hello and kept stocking. I asked about the controllers and got my answers but had to find where they in the store. I was ready to buy two but they we’re magnetically locked and had to ask for the employees to unlock them but then was told they had two behind the front desk. I purchased my products and the cashier did look up my power play account and offered to update my info. The experience wasnt bad but I wish I wish one of the employees would have just came over and answered my questions so that I didn’t have keep going back and forth.
