I would have given 5 stars for the self wash. The last time I paid to drop off the guy never called when my laundry was ready. I picked it up a couple days later after I called them. I still use this place when I need to.

I’m in town for a few days and needed to do a load. This must be the only joint in this part of Cleveland that’s not a Wash Land in a janky area.
Anyway, the place is ok… clean, attendant is nice but where they win is with the oodles of signs everywhere, my favorites are the ones with the sentiment of «patrons are responsible for any havoc wreaked by their misbehaving chillins»
There was some kid in here screaming her head off for at least 20 min straight; her mom and aunt (?) kept telling her to shut up but the unruly thing continued to wail… the attendant eventually said to the chicks «She can’t be here if she won’t stop that» the women were totes cool about it and that banshee has been silent for the past 30 minutes! Way to go having the nerve to tell someone QUIET YOUR KID!
I docked a star because the 2 flatscreen TVs here are ridiculously tiny!

Went in and started putting clothes in the washer. The guy there came up and said it was too late to start a load. It was 7:40 and the place closes at nine. I told him I didn’t need to dry. Only to wash he said too bad last load is at 7:30. Read the sign on the door. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
