This company may be convenient for homeowners and other consumers that are not contractors, but after filling out a 4 page credit application with bank information, my husband’s company annual sales and other proprietary information that should not be standard for someone to make a flooring purchase, we were told we could not send in the application through email. Is this the stone age? Sorry Derr, we don’t fax anymore. It’s 2015. Thanks for your less than par customer service and making it impossible for us to set up an account, when we could’ve brought you a lot of business.
