I stopped here with my sister after passing it on my way back to Philly from plato’s closet. The best word to describe it is ehhhhh… I sampled most of the frozen yogurt flavors(there’s about 10.) They were kind of grainy textured and not the smooth, creamy type I’ve come to love and expect. After tasting some, I really wasn’t impressed and didn’t want to buy any but at that point I felt bad for sampling so I felt obligated. I ended up getting a tiny bit of salted caramel pretzel and peanut butter, by far the best of the 6ish I tasted. As for the toppings, there’s small dispensers on the wall doling out slightly stale but still fresh enough to pass toppings. There were tiny brownie bites and they looked fairly crusty so I passed over them. There’s not a huge selection like other places I’ve been to but there were enough. Then there’s a small table with«wet» toppings. The only fruit available was kiwi and maraschino cherries. I hate maraschinos so I passed on those and attempted to scrape the last few remnants of the kiwi into my wax paper cup. It was fairly late in the day(7:30pm? I’m not sure what time they close) so if it was close to closing I don’t blame them for the lack of kiwi left. I also grabbed some cookie dough and some syrupy walnuts then drizzled on PB syrup and caramel syrup. $ 4.10… What??? My cup wasn’t even 1⁄3 full. The scale must be broken… Ok, whatever, maybe the cookie dough is dense or something. So on to the tasting… The cookie dough was actually really great, it was in little ball form and somehow soft still even though it was touching the froyo. At other places, they’ve just had a big slab of cookie dough that you have to scrape globs off. I like this tiny ball system better. Yum yum The froyo itself, as stated previously, was pretty lackluster. The peanut butter wasn’t very PB-y and the salted caramel pretzel was more salty than caramel. They were both kind of grainy and not smooth or creamy. The peanut butter sauce was pretty good and packed a nice PB punch so I was please with that. The caramel sauce was just typical caramel, nothing special. The store itself was cute, with plastic chairs, a sofa thing(I think?), big glass window in front and froyo in the back. They also offer hard scoop icecream, smoothies and bubble tea behind the counter. I can’t speak to the quality of these as I hadn’t tried them. But the store was overall very clean and well kept, but fairly vacant– both patron wise and toppings wise. Overall, it’s pretty mediocre. It’s not worth going out of your way for but if you’re walking or driving past on a hot day and have some money to waste, go for it.

This is a place trying to be a great froyo spot but it just flat misses. The texture of the yogurt itself is a bit grainy and it’s not the best I’ve had by far. The toppings dispensers drop an unnecessarily large amount in your cup, which is great as it’s sold by weight, but not a good way to distribute them over the yogurt. If you just got a modest amount your dessert will be inundated with 5x the topping necessary. It’s more like yogurt to go with your topping. The place was clean, but the guy sprayed down the table behind us with so much windex that we were breathing it in and had to leave and dump the yogurt, because it tasted like soap. We were really love froyo, but we’ll be finding somewhere else next time.

I Am Addicted to this place! This place is personally responsible for making me gain weight this past year. The salted Carmel pretzel flavor with peanut brittle topping has become like crack to me. I LOVEIT! Hugs and yogurt always has this flavor where the other places don’t. Also they have a whole wall that is a chalk board which the kids love to draw on. My husband actually doesn’t really like the whole toppings bar thing. So he usually gets a milk shake or one of the several other types options they have. This is a feature that probably makes them different then other fro yo places. They have lots of other options besides just the flavors and toppings.

I stopped in here for lunch one day(some days only frozen yogurt will do) last week and was pleased with my experience. I ended up getting both peanut butter and vanilla frozen yogurt as well as a variety of toppings. They didn’t have as many flavors as I have seen at some other similar types of places, but I was satisfied with what they had. The toppings seemed fresh and the store was clean. They had bubble tea and some other café offerings in addition to the frozen yogurt. My one concern about this place was the«hugs» aspect of the whole thing. I was a little concerned I would be accosted with a hug from a stranger when I entered the store. I’m pleased to report this was not the case. I received no hugs, just frozen yogurt, which is fine by me.

First time visit, and was pretty excited after reading the other reviews. The place is cute and very clean. The selection was minimal tonight which was surprising, although I did go an hour before closing. There wasn’t vanilla or peanut butter and there was a sign apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining when it would be available again. I wanted fresh fruit, which was all but gone. I was able to find something different and loved it! Everyone’s right, the froyo is super creamy and delicious. I will definitely give this place another chance.

I ordered two Milk Bubble Teas there. They were both repulsive. Not only were they full of coloring and tons of sugar, the flavors were bland and unappealing. One was Taro the other was Green Tea, or at least it should have been but the cashier gave me a Melon one instead. Both drinks were filled to the brim with ice and i had to ask her not to completely fill it or i would only have gotten one sip from each. However i wish i hadn’t because then i wouldn’t have had to punish myself with how bad it was. For almost 8 dollars i got something that was worth 2. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a business.

The logo already has personality: a bear with a top hat and monocle. How is that NOT intriguing? Go in, go in, go in! Oh, and the bear has a top hat too! For some reason, I didn’t go for my usual vanilla frozen yogurt. I ended up choosing the tart frozen yogurt. Haha, do you know Yogorino? Yeah, their frozen yogurt actually tastes like YOGURT! Whoa, blows my mind every time. But anyway, keeping the tart flavor in mind, I decided to have strawberries, granola, and almond slivers as toppings ;-) Did I add chocolate syrup? Hmm, I could have, but I don’t remember. Anyway, how ISN’T frozen yogurt refreshing? I don’t understand why there aren’t more froyo places in this neck of the suburbs. Actually, I know of another place in East Norriton, though that’s obviously not around Willow Grove.

I have prematurely stated the fact that a yogurt place in NY was my favorite. I was wrong, this is TOTALLY my favorite yogurt place I’ve been too. They had an array of topping choices including chopped peanut brittle, cap ‘n’ crunch(best cereal), and peanut butter sauce. My concoction was so good. The free water is always a plus

This is the BEST frozen yogurt in the Willow Grove area. Their flavors are cool and creamy and don’t have that«tart yogurt» taste that most other FroYos have. Their selection of toppings is another plus. They have everything you could want. I tried a heavenly mixture of Peanut Butter, Banana, and Chocolate with a little hot fudge sauce on top and I will be going back for more.

I loved their peach mango, angel food and strawberry flavors… recently I tried the lemon which was surprisingly good. I like both tart and sweet and was very happy when they told me that the original tart flavor is coming back soon! They have a wider selection of toppings than most places and they are kept nice and clean – I observed their workers constantly keeping on top of them when I was there which I appreciate. I’ve tried their coffee float and a few of their cookies and thought they were delicious! The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I’d definitely go back again.

With the yogurt shop phenomenon happening, it’s no surprise that we have two in our local neighborhood. When this one popped up, we were skeptical tha it could beat the one that had opened a few months prior. But folks, we were blown away! A whopping huge toppings display all in crystal clear acrylic containers and fun twisty dispensers for cereal, nuts and other dry toppings. Delicious flavors of yogurt, and an array of teas, baked goods, and other simple treats will keep them going through winter to sustain sales when it’s cold. Smart! Color changing lights, adorable kids seating area, stylized acrylic crystal chairs and fla screen tv’s make it hip for lounging. But my four year old looooves the huge wall painted with chalk paint he can draw on. I just love this place and rarely award five stars in my reviews, but this one is the winner in my book. Congratulations hugs and yogurt! You rock! And thank you!

Two stars just for the froyo. There is no original tart flavor(which I usually only get), and the employee said that it may not be made anymore due to low demand. There are about 10 flavors to choose from, and the few I remember are: peach/mango, pomegranate/berry, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, thin mint, and coconut. There are a small number of dry and fruit toppings. The froyo is on the creamy, sweet, heavier side, very close to just plain soft-serve with a hint of yogurt. The sweetness has an «artificial sugar» taste to it, if you know what I mean. The strawberry tasted like strawberry Yoplait in soft serve form, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your preferences. This didn’t sit too favorably for me since I prefer more tart, less sweet, natural tasting yogurt. The price was set at 49 cents/oz. I have yet to try the other things: many different kinds of loose leaf teas(for sale also), waffles, bubble tea and pastries. The interior is clean, and it has a seating area for kids with a TV playing cartoons. There’s outdoor seating as well. This place seems to be more of a family-oriented space that would be great for kids.

I am a big fan of Frozen Yogurt and this place definitely fulfills my cravings! Nice atmosphere and wonderful service. They also serve a taste bubble tea and smoothies. I am very sensitive to dairy products but their smoothies are made with soy milk. I love California Tart flavor yogurt. I heard that they are planing to have free wi-fi. Wonderful place to hang out and healthy desert with low fat! Now, this will become my favorite place!
