Dr. Mueller does not call you back. It is unbelievable that a practice could care less about you. They also lie to patients about insurance and over charge you. Disgrace. End of story.

If I could give a lower rating, I would.
Countless times Dr. Mueller kept me waiting through my appointment while he chatted in the lobby with friends.
A few months back, I received a $ 1000 bill for procedures I didn’t have done. When I called to speak to someone they said it was a new policy. I asked to speak to Dr. Mueller and he refused to answer. I also noticed he fired his friendly staff and replaced them with robots.
25 loyal years he let go.
He will not be seeing me or anyone from my family anymore.
Do yourself and friends a favor and avoid this practice.

Okay. A little back story. I DREAD going to the dentist. Not just ordinary dread — I acutally get the shakes, due to a very bad experience stemming from bad car accident. Anywho… This is the ONLY dentist that I would go to. They are very professional and kind and just to show you how much I love this place… when I changed jobs and Dr. Mueller’s office was no longer part of my plan — I pay cash out of pocket. Their office specializes in treating people who are fearful and they do an EXCELLENT job. I highly recommend!
