Bought my mattress and box spring during Columbus Day sale. Salesman was knowledgable and not pushy (Steve, mistakenly wrote Dave on first draft). Delivery was on time. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased my mattress recently from this store and I can say it was probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. At time of a purchase, the salesman was very friendly and promised all the things that I was looking for and promised me that my mattress will be ready in specific way (in a box since it was memory foam mattress) for me to pick up 3 weeks after my order.
I go there on that day to pick up my mattress and it was not in a Box it was open, the plastic around the mattress was also ripped and it seemed like they were trying to give me a floor model or open mattress. I refused to take the mattress, when he told me that he will try to have it deliver to me the next day. I get a call from delivery people next morning that they have the mattress but it’s damaged so I have to wait for two days. I patiently waited. Two days after that I received a delivery and I had no doubt whatsoever that it was the same mattress that I had seen in the store, where plastic was ripped from the same spot and in same pattern. So they were thinking, I was stupid enough to think its different mattress. So I refused the delivery and they promised to deliver new one the next day. And you guys can probably guess what happened next day, same open mattress next day with plastic stapled at the spot it was ripped. At that point, I called the sales rep and he refused to talk to me saying he has a customer in front of him, so what since I have already paid for my mattress I am no longer important?
I was tired of sleeping on the floor and had no option but to take the delivery. However, I complained in a corporate office where I was promised that I will receive a new mattress and they will set up the delivery date. Till this date more than 2 weeks, I have not received any updates or calls. I contacted few more times, but no luck. At this point, I have decided to go with my lawyer and also complained at the consumer protection agency.
If you are shopping for mattress, this is probably the worst possible place to go to. So save yourself some hassle and go somewhere else.
