If I could give no stars I would. Not only for this location but for my overall satisfaction with Verizon Wireless. I bought the newest IPhone in September and decided to send in my old phone to get in the trade in value. I had the iPhone 5s and that was valued at $ 300. So I send it back in the box they sent me and tracked the package when it arrived. I was told by customer service that I will see the credit on my account«within» 2 billing cycles. It is now the end of December and I have not received any credit. When I went to this location at the mall. The rep was useless as well. He said he couldn’t see what was wrong and that I did everything but for me to call customer service to receive the credit. Wait?! Aren’t you customer service? I then ask for a manager and the rep tells me he is on a call and gave me a business card for Brian Iannetta. I didn’t get a call to apologize for my inconvenience or anything. I have been with Verizon Wireless for almost 15 years. I am definitely considering leaving after this experience. If this is how they treat their long time customers. Someone needs to credit me now more than my $ 300 just for the inconvenience and horrible customer service.

I found a iphone 5s that belonged to someone else and took it to verizon to return it. An employee named Ryan called the owner who stated he didn’t want it anymore and had already replaced it. Given that the owner really didn’t want it, I was hoping to either use it for a trade in later on down the road or donate it to a charity. Instead he put it in box and told me that once its in the box it can’t be removed and confiscated it. He was very arrogant and unprofessional. I’m also not sure why he thinks he is above the rest of the employees by wearing football jerseys to work when the rest are dressed in accordance to verizon policy. What a chump.

Perhaps a shitty thing to do to review a store the day after Christmas but I cannot tell a lie. Went in to pick up my Xmas iPad, it was of course a mad house but we were expecting this so at check in when the concierge(?) told us they had iPads in stock we settled in for the hour wait with smiles. The GM was great-grabbing water, answering questions, and managing expectations for the crowd. Kudos to her. Turns out they don’t ever stock the 128GB iPads in store so they apologized for our wait and offered to order it for us in store. At the same time, my husband ordered an iPhone 6. After having us enter our new address no less than 4 times, to get a shipment notification that evening for my old address was pretty infuriating. Going back first thing in the morning sucked but took less time. Sorries were said and the problem was seemingly solved … Until I got a FedEx alert this afternoon reporting a failed delivery attempt at my old apartment. *groan* Now I’m off to go track this phone down at the FedEx in NEDC. Not the biggest deal but one that could have been avoided.

Zero stars if I could. I ran in here because of contract problems that Verizon’s call center said would be better fixed in the store. The first guy I spoke it in store said someone would be right with me, and they were! When I asked the 2nd guy my question about why I couldn’t upgrade. He told me he didn’t know. I’d be better finding out at a call center. I said how can you not know… It’s your job. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye to give me an answer. He just said he couldn’t help, that he didn’t have th tools to go look in my account.(he already was looking into my account at this point). When I realized he wasn’t going to do anything, I walked out. Never again will I shop here. m
