Disappointed in Zara Brow Bar. I went first thing in the morning and they were understaffed and there was a line, so I totally understand that the staff wanted to get everyone done quickly. But the second I sat down, the woman started going at my brows, didn’t even ask me what I was there for(I could’ve been there for something completely besides brow threading! They offer many other services), or how I wanted them shaped. I had to stop her and say«wait!» and explain that I didn’t want them shaped, just cleaned up. Unfortunately, she ignored my request and still shaped them, and I’m not thrilled with the shape. They look better than when I went in, for sure, but I have to pencil them now to get them the shape I like. It seems that this place thinks everyone wants the same cookie cutter brows. Two stars for being quick and efficient hair removal, couldn’t give any more because of poor customer service.

In recent months, it seems that the quality has really gone downhill in a major way. I got my eyebrows threaded last month, and the technician was rude. I wanted to get them waxed, and she gave me some speech about how my skin was looking aged(ummm, hello, I’m 26 and people usually think I’m about 15 lol) and I should get them threaded instead. It hurt my feelings, but I said«fine,» and let her thread them. She did an OK job, but it was the most painful threading experience I’ve had. This last time(about a week ago), I decided to go in and get a wax. I came in at about 8:30, and sat down. In the meantime, another customer came in and asked if she could also get her eyebrows done. The technician said that they were closed. The other customer said that she was a mom and rarely got out of the house, so the technician said fine. She waited while I got my eyebrows done. The wax was rushed and uneventful. Usually, technicians tweeze the extra hairs. She did not do that. I looked in the mirror and they looked decent, but not great. She didn’t ask if I was OK with them. I went to pay, and handed her my credit card. SHESAIDTHATTHEYDIDNOTTAKECREDITCARDS. This is a complete lie. I have paid with a credit card every single time and tipped in cash. The other customer said that she didn’t have cash, so she got upset and left(rightfully so). I was then told that I had to go take out cash from the ATM in the food court. I was not happy. Paid and went on my way. Next morning, I woke up and looked in my makeup mirror and noticed that she had missed countless stray hairs under my eyebrow. Keep in mind that I am blonde and my eyebrows aren’t exactly a challenge to shape, and she was clearly too lazy/untrained to do it the right way. I will never go back here, and I would never recommend them.

my favorite place to get my brows done. i used to go to a salon in the city and paid $ 25, but when I moved i was happy to find zara so close to me! all of the ladies i’ve had have been great, it’s relatively inexpensive, and shaped brows make me feel like a new woman! it’s basic eyebrow threading — this is not someone dedicated to shaping each and every hair and working with you to regrow anything, but it’s exactly what i need — shaping and cleaning up every 2 weeks. harpreet is so sweet and does a great job.

I have been going to Zara Brow Bar for years and it’s the Best place to get eyebrows done. Me and my daughter are always getting compliments on our eyebrows and people ask us all the time where we get our eyebrows done. Everyone is trained very well and have lots of experience but my favorite is Harpreet. She is the best, she is very friendly and professional with her clients. And I always seem to get more compliments when she does our eyebrows. I recommend her and Zara Brow Bar if u want to get the best eyebrows ever

Got my eyelashes done here and this is the worse place to go. It seemed like it was the first time for both ladies working there cause they weren’t sure what they were doing. The one doing my lashes said it’ll last for 2 weeks if you take care of them and I definitely made sure I took care of it. I went to sleep and woke up with half my lashes gone on both eyes. It’s definitely not work going there for lashes so save you $ 35. For eyebrows I believe they can do better. I told them I wanted a little angled but she just wanted to do whatever she wanted. And it was $ 10 just for threading. Not ever going back!

Terrible! Dimples is still the best. I go in to get my eyebrows threaded, never had much luck with the brow bars in the Mall, which should’ve been the 1 st red flag. I proceed to look at the chart to let the woman know which shape I want. I tell which style and she goes and shaped how ever the hell she felt like! She threw an arch in for good measure, but it looked NOTHING like the shape I asked for. Then she doesn’t even clean off my brows and they were still misshaped. Terrible, just utterly terrible. They’re obviously used to the Mall crowd where everyone’s in a hurry, cause she was sloppy as hell and quick.

Pleased to report this place has gotten better! Threading was quick and efficient. Hurt like expected, no bleeding eyebrows this time. New location since I was last there. Not only is Zara set up as a store rather than a kiosk it’s spacious too. Nothing like people hovering and watching as you get your chin hairs pulled out :)

Awesome place. Went here with a girlfriend to get my brows cleaned up. My girlfriend had some facial hair threaded and had her brows, which are thick and usually tricky to groom, reshaped. The specialist there did an excellent job! We were both impressed with how quickly and accurately she threaded our brows, and the shop used Dermatologica lotion on afterward, which was much appreciated by my sensitive skin. So inexpensive too! Will be going back for sure. They accept credit card, but be nice and tip in cash :-)

My brows where in a sorry state, I was in the mall already and so I figured what the heck I’ll stop and try them. The woman who was in there greeted me, listened as I explained what I wanted and that I have very sensitive skin. She asked if I’d ever tried threading before and I told her I wasn’t interested. In trying it. I am so glad that she tried one more time to get me to try it. She offered to do a small section with thread to see if I liked it. I’m not going to lie, it stung a bit. But it was no worse than when I tweeze my brows myself. What impressed me the most was that I was not red at all after she was done. It took a bit longer than a wax would have, but the extra 5 or so minutes was well worth it to not have red, swollen looking eyes when I was done. Part of the reason I was reluctant to try it was because I’d had friends tell me it hurt worse than waxing. As I said, it stung but it was no worse than tweezing or waxing and no redness after! I’ve tried several places, from the corner nail salon to Ulta’s Benefit Brow Bar and this was by far the best my brows have looked. I will be going back.
