Kenny and his team have taken care of our lawn for two years and they do a great job. They are always punctual and professional.

I purchased a house and contacted A Plus Lawn Care Services for a complete overhaul of the landscape. Kenny and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional. They provided a fast estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. The landscape design they created is beautiful and I got many complements on it during my housewarming party. They cleaned up the mess and created a beautiful space for me and my family to enjoy for a great price. I was so happy that I am now on their regular maintenance schedule to make sure it stays looking great. I am very happy with the service and professionalism and would recommend them to any one.

Hey Kenny. I just wanted To follow up regarding our appointment yesterday and why you didn’t show up once again. Obviously It seems as though you are too busy to service our property. Frankly I no longer need or want your services. I have been more than understanding as to why you guys have yet to show up. However, when you make an appointment it is with intention you should follow through or don’t bother making it and then not showing up for it. This goes to say a lot about your business as well as your integrity. If you guys happen to be caught up with another property still and got pushed back I clearly understand, but please follow up with me at least. This is extremely unprofessional and in this business referrals is the most important form of advertisement. You will not get a referral from me and I will be sure to let everyone know that this is how you choose to conduct your business and doing it so unprofessionally.
I do not like keeping my daughter at home inside waiting while waiting for someone who doesn’t bother to call or show when I could be taking her out to exert her energy and stimulate her brain.
I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt to wait till this morning to atleast get an email of a sorry or explanation, But yet you failed to inform me on anything. Next time give yourself one or two days after a property. And if you happen to finish early then call the next client on your list to push them up in the schedule. With that said I hope you rethink how you run your business.

After emailing Kenny a few times, we scheduled a time for him to come out and take a look at the property in order to provide me an estimate. He failed to make that appointment and I called to reschedule for the Saturday of that same week. He also failed to make the second appointment. There were no calls or emails to tell me that he wouldn’t be able to make either appointment.
I later tried calling and emailing but have never received a reply.
