I hired an owner-operated business because the price came in pretty close to the larger companies, and I try to support the«little man» whenever I can. HUGE mistake in this case. The owner, Vincent Barbour, is horrendous at returning phone calls. As in; he NEVER does. Of the numerous appointments we’ve had from first estimate, to install to the need for a repair adjustment, he has never been on-time, never called to say he was going to be late or even cancel. On a few occasions I had to track him down and ask when he was coming and it was then that he said he needed to reschedule. I cannot get another company to adjust my ever sagging glass shower door because they won’t assume the liability for a repair on glass they didn’t install. And I can’t get Vincent Barbour to return a phone call or show up to an appointment, so I’m doomed to have a $ 1,000 custom glass door that is less than 1 year old but only swings in one direction. He even admitted this would take less than 10 minutes to repair. You’d think a person running his own business would be concerned about his reputation. Apparently not. If I can even get the door adjusted so it properly swings in and out as it is designed to(it currently only swings out of the shower stall), I am afraid in another few months I will be facing the same issue. I dread the potential of having to address this every few months for as long as I live in this house. Would NOTRECOMMEND this company to anyone. Ever.
