I was assigned this contractor through Old Republic Home Warranty. Thomas came out and said that my washer needed to be replaced and would send the report to Old Republic within 24 hours. It has now been a week and Thomas with Monaco Installations has not provided a report to Old Republic, nor has he returned any of their calls. I called him directly and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and he said he lost the report. I would not recommend using Monaco Installations for ANYTHING. I feel Thomas Monaco scammed me and took my payment without providing the report as he was contracted to do.
