We were redirected here to go sledding because Swallow Cliffs was closed. It was perfect for smaller children. There is plenty of parking and the hill is just the right size for safe sledding. There are specific rules such as no metal or metal sided sleds, so be sure to check the Forest Preserves website before going. There are also day and evening hours (it is lit at night) which you will also find on the site.
