Dreadfully slow and unresponsive to buyer’s attorney in the sale of a foreclosure.

You know, these folks specialize in handling foreclosures for large companies. I get that I’m not their client. But you train your staff to be courteous and at least basically polite. Perhaps someone has a bad day. I spoke to five different people in the span of two days. Not one used the word please, thank you or any other basic nicety. The last one I spoke to, a young woman named Caliegh (sp?) must have taken sarcasm in school. And when I asked her to just be nice she simply could not find it in her. Her supervisor, Barb, simply parroted the information I already had. I told her I’d been in customer service but now I was on the other side. While it was sometimes difficult I at no time had been hard to deal with. How hard was it to offer basic politeness. She simply could not be kind. Not an apology or … anything. This firm is without doubt the coldest most inhuman bunch of animals I’ve ever dealt with.
