The sales associates are amazing. I bought the wrong size liner for a jacket for my husband. They looked all over and found one in Vernon hills. I live more than an hour away… I had it the next day and they honored the sales price. It was effortless on my part, and I wil continue to shop there. Terrific Customer Service.

I had an Eddie Bauer Friends certificate which I brought in to apply to my purchase. Long story short, I realized the day before it was to expire that it didn’t get applied. I called and spoke with co-​manager Mike, who took care of crediting me AND applied an extra 25% discount for the inconvenience. He followed up with a handwritten note. Now THAT is service!

This is a great location! Parking can be tough, but overall this mall is not packed, definitely when compared to Oakbrook or Woodfield. This store is smaller, but has less traffic, so more sizes are available. Really clean, with nice employees.
