Yes things will never change at this McDonald’s. They are NOT CAPABLE of getting an order correct. The corporate should close this location.

The customer service is a joke. My orders are messed up 50% of the time. Special orders are ALWAYS messed up. Workers are too busy talking to their friends or standing there doing nothing. I once ate in the lobby at night. I went to the counter after eating to order a sundae. It was an hour before their stated closing time. They refused service saying they were closed and rushed me out the door, locking it. The floor is very slippery, too, from the grease. Living in this neighborhood for six years, I’ve seen that their faults are consistent.

Nice looking throw-back look. It has the undertone, however, of superficial runnings… unswept floor and Coke Zero that has been out for over three days. I know I’m nitpicking, but the floor not being clean gives me the heebejeebes.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever! They never pay attention they are too busy talking to each other to get your order right. I don’t care what you order they are going to find some way to mess it up. Either they give you somebody else’s food or they don’t give you all of yours ridiculous!

I do not get to this McDonald’s often. I don’t go to any McDonald’s much at all. This is really the only McDonald’s that I actually like. The food is McDonald’s food which isn’t saying much at all but it is the little things that sets this place apart. Every time I come here, I can count on the following:
1) They are much faster than other McDonald’s
2) They have always served me fresh stuff
3) The staff has always been courteous
The grub (even when it is fresh) is at best two star caliber. It is the other things that this place does well at compared to other stores in the chain. They have not let me down yet.
