I’d give zero stars if I could. They ruined my $ 230 coat, broke the buckle, and that’s the good part. The woman working there actually called me of her own accord to yell at me about the difference of 2 dollars. The owner also flew off the handle when I told him that I wanted my $ 15 back because they ruined my coat. He said no and that«people want free, free, free.» He screamed at me, said that I bought a cheap coat and that he fixed and made it better than it was. I told him I would go to social media and the BBB to complain about being harassed at, and he said«go ahead, I don’t care.» At this point I had paid $ 15 for a ruined coat and I still didn’t have the coat because I had to drop it back off there so that this owner could look at it. When I went to get the coat, it wasn’t there. I actually had to call the police because the lady who works there was screaming at me and said, «What, are you stupid?» to me and in front of my 3-year old child, and my coat wasn’t there. Bottom line, this place is crazy scary.

When Mr. Reichardt owned this cleaners it was a reputable business. The people who own it now are rude and take no responsibility for ruining 2 shirts of my husband’s. I gave them a chance because they are close, but I will not do business at a place that takes no responsibility for their actions. If you have nice clothes, do not bring them here.

Well I can’t speak for the quality of the dry cleaning, as I’ve not yet been able to pick mine up from Reichardt’s. Apparently they don’t open at 7 a.m. M-F as they advertise. It’s nearly 7:30 a.m., and there’s still no sign of anyone and no answer on the phone. Unreliable to say the least.
