I have been here before, but this was a different person. Before it was a guy and he was very nice and polite. There was a lady there trying to make quick conversation and GTFO type of attitude. I was in there for a refreshing treat and I got my puppy a cup to bring home to her. Have to agree with the other reviews, there isn’t much to choose from. There is like 6 – 8 flavors and not a lot of options on the scoop-ables. I was telling the lady about my day(how hot it is to work inside & outside in this heat) and how much I love dogs. She told me her story about how she would get her old dog a scoop of vanilla. When she asked me about my dog, I told her what kind and she asked, they don’t shed, and I said well, not really. She quickly replied, well you could of said she doesn’t shed, like I said! I’m in here giving you business and you can’t take 5 – 10 minutes out of your slow day(store had 2 kids and a mother) to make conversation? Yeah. This is why I like to go to Menchies, but unfortunately it was out of my way. On my way home I ate my froyo and it wasn’t bad. When I got home, my stomach wasn’t feeling too great. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location unless they get better customer service & more flavors.

Vegan froyo people!!! It’s made with silk almond milk, and better tasting than I ever remember regular soft serve. And tons of fresh fruit! Always delicious :) very clean and impeccably stocked with every topping you can think of. Friendly service and I’ve come in here at closing time and they were very courteous and patient!

Very good yogurt ice cream. I have been here many times over the past year. I like how you can add toppings. One thing missing is MILKSHAKES or YOGURT-SHAKES. What I would do for a Strawberry Yogurt Shake!

We chose this locale for a post-dinner treat last night since my +1 and I somehow both missed out on TCBY as kids.(Not sure how that happened!) The short version: Good flavors, clean/well-maintained but service(though nice) was awkward and uncomfortable. I was kind of hoping for some regular ol’ icecream in a cone, but that didn’t happen: apparently they’ve gone the way of self-serve(Menchies, Peachwave, Red Mango, etc…). So, when we walked in, we kind of stood there for a sec taking it all in. We asked for sample cups. The 40s something lady handed over TWO. The +1 said, «Uh, I think we’re going to need more…» to which she replied that each patron can only have two sample cups apiece. Uhhh. Okay. I guess. We aren’t some ill-behaved kids trying to mooch froyo; we actually wanted to sample the flavors. So, I had to be careful NOT to squeeze the cups while sampling, and it was a pain trying to taste separate flavors when reusing the cups. Annoying. She asked if we’d been to TCBY before; I told her we’d been to froyo places with the same concept. She still gave us a tutorial, right down to how you pull the handles so the product comes out. Erm. Alright. Thanks? She was nice and was trying to be helpful, but it was just all kinds of awkward to me. I just wanted to get my froyo and GTFO. They had some nice flavors like Cookies and Cream(very thick), vanilla Cupcake(rich without being overpowering), and a few fruity sorbets like Grapefruit(refreshing!). They also had lots of well-stocked and fresh looking toppings. I got these cute little caramel-filled turtles. Yum! I do appreciate the employee looked up allergen info in a binder when I asked, obviously aside from nutty flavors, what might contain tree nuts. To sum, the flavors were good and a slight change from what we’ve had elsewhere. Since this TCBY is out of the way, though, I doubt we’ll be back.

My boyfriend & I visited here for the first time last weekend. Not planning on going back. Was very under-impressed by the whole experience. Not many flavors to choose from and we paid $ 14 and both of our cups were only ¾ full, if that. Way overpriced. Red Mango may be overpriced as well but at least you have more to choose from.

Considering how great the other reviews were I wasn’t too impressed. I assumed it would be similar to a lot of other frozen yogurt shops with lots of soft serve choices and toppings. TCYB only had somewhere between 6 and 8 soft serve choices behind the counter. They did have a decent amount of scoop-able flavors but to me it was basically the same as regular ice cream. Their topping choices were significantly less than at other frozen yogurt places I’ve been to. There were some candy choices, hardly and fruit and caramel or fudge sauce. Nothing too exciting. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but also nothing great.

Redesigned, much like a Forever Yogurt or Red Mango. I was pleasantly surprised!!! So delicious, I will keep coming here whenever I’m out visiting my family.

Located in parking lot off of kingery hwy by whole foods in willowbrook. It’s a make your own frozen yogurt place. It has good summer hours, lots of parking, and a few outdoor tables as well. You pay by weight and get to choose your own frozen yogurt combination as well as toppings. Their fruit does look good and not from a can. However the only reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because I have been to many froyo places and in comparison this one does not have many flavor options each night and it does not offer all natural ingredients with high standards like its competitor Red Mango. Cute place to come to on a summer night though.

SO good!!! What’s not to like? It’s clean and trendy– super friendly staff. Tons of toppings that are always out and full and tons of different flavors of yogurt that you serve yourself and you can sample them. A nice place to sit down and chill there for awhile and you always see the staff cleaning up the toppings area. Highly recommend it. And they change up a few of the flavors once in awhile so it’s always nice to try something new if you go every so often.

What a surprise to see the new concept at TCBY in Willowbrook. Loved the direction TCBY is taking with a «pink berry» theme. Love that I can control my portions and add ons. A bit pricy but worth it. The only negative was while we were sitting outside enjoying our treat the smoke from the cigar place down the plaza was GROSS! Had to pick up and leave.

This place was amazing! Let’s get the context down first. I’m dog sitting for a friend who lives in Willowbrook. The Boyfriend and I go out to eat and have a rather mediocre dinner. It was disappointing. Then I say, we need to fix things with ice cream. Seeing as we don’t know the area and only knew it would be around 63rd and Kingery, we were a little confused and couldn’t find it. But that’s mostly because it was late and we aren’t around there much. I walk in and my jaw drops to the floor. When I saw those self-serve machines and the toppings, I was in heaven. I rather love frozen yogurt and I love making crazy combinations of things(I often mix soda to create my own yummy drink). I used three different frozen yogurts(peanut butter, chocolate, and vanilla) then added lots of peanut butter related toppings(peanut butter cup, reeses peices, etc…). My boyfriend liked whatever he made but he lacks enthusiasm… but I would eat ice cream for dinner if it wasn’t so unhealthy! Def wish I had one closer to my area and will def stop in next time I am near one. I really loved this place. PS — we ended up paying like $ 10… everything is by the ounce… so you pay for what you put in the container… I think I went overboard in what I put into my little cup!
