I stopped in on my lunch break to get gas, and on a whim decided to do the «ten cents off a gallon if you get a car wash» thing. I know, not really a savings, but I decided why not. Until I have to go in to get the receipt. The woman was super nice, with another customer but greeted me right away and printed it out. Back at the car I can’t find the wash code, so back in I go… fully admitting that I am dead-​on-​my feet tired, and nope, no code. The pump has a glitch, didn’t put the code. Turns out I got the gas discount, but was not charged for the car wash. So, no harm, no foul. UNTIL… she reached over, punched a card for me «for all my inconvenience» and gave me a free premium wash for next time. (Why not now?) Oh well, she went way above and beyond. Look for the lady with the Eeyore jacket… she’s top notch!

I don’t even know why I am rating a gas station, but the cashier guy with the piercings always acts like he is doing you a favor.

This station is right off of Kingery Hwy and near I-​55. I stopped just to pick up a soda and there prices beat out 7 – 11 and many other gas stations I have been too. The cashier on duty was super friendly and I’d go back. The gas price was pretty high (with the location, I guess I cannot blame them) and the station was pretty small, but it was perfect for what I used it for.
