I wish I had seen Lorraine’s review before hiring :(
I tried calling Ed and their phone is not in service. I finally found an alternative number, and then he said he would call me back but did not.
This is why we are unsatisfied. After paying $ 400, the following was not done:
*They did not clean our kitchen sink at all. In fact, it was dirtier than when we left and they had even left a dirty yellow rag inside the sink, as well as a dirty rag on our dish drying rack.
*They did not clean our pantry, which we had specifically showed them and instructed them to throw out all non-​tuppawared items. We had a mouse problem in the pantry and needed it throughly cleaned and sanitized. They said they would do this — but they did not even touch it.
*They promised to clean all empty drawers. They did not, which was very obvious because our tenants had a black dog. The bedroom dressers and nightstand drawers had dust, dirt, and dog hair in them — clearly uncleaned.
*Master closet shelves were only half dusted.
*They did not get the crud off the bathroom sink fixtures
*They did not remove trash to the dumpster as promised
*They did not return downstairs shelving to the wall after cleaning behind it.
*They did not vacuum behind the bedroom dressers or one of the night stands.
