Susan Eby has done my tax returns for 20 years now. She has always been extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and just a genuinely nice person. She lends a personal touch that you just can’t get at the tax prep mills. I highly recommend Susan Eby, she’s a top notch professional.

We’re using Susan for the second time this year. She has been thorough, easy to work with, and very pleasant. Came recommended by our financial advisor, who is no slouch herself.
UPDATE: we ditched her 6 months after I wrote the above review. She transitioned to a system where she sent us all the forms and had us fill everything in, doing the hard work for her– why pay her? Then we submitted everything to her on time, but she didn’t submit anything on time, and we ened up getting our refund like 4 months late. We switched to Jean Diamond.
