The chocolate is great! I did have an issue with a staff member but it was quickly addressed by management and shows that they care about their business and customer service.

Best chocolate to represent Chicago. Pixies are the signature Carmel turtles and are truly delicious however my ultimate favorite is the chocolate meltaways — a yummy minty delight.

The chocolates are delicious, but there is one woman working there with glasses and short hair (maybe it is the franchise owner) who is socially awkward and sometimes comes off as rude. They need to get new people!
