I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE WITH A SPINAL PROBLEM TO SEE LANCE! I have been through 6 spinal fusions and countless physical therapy centers and no facility has come close to the relief and results I get at Movement Solutions. The staff is super kind and efficient, scheduling is easy and I can’t rave enough about Lance! Some days I walk in feeling awful and leave feeling a million times better. I think it is his knowledge of the spine combined with his extensive massage therapy experience that sets him far apart from the rest. I know this may sound like an employee of Movement Solutions wrote this, but I’m not, and this is honestly the best hour of my week. Hope this helps

I have to say, Lance is the most knowledgable body worker – Physical Therapist I have ever encountered.
His knowledge, understanding of the body along with his ability «to see» anatomy and its functionality is outstanding.
He is constantly studying and is creative in applying methods that are appropriate for each patient. His office is a happy energy space that is most welcoming.
Lance is the quintessential «body geek» loving what he does, imparting information freely all to benefit his patients.
He has helped me rehab both shoulder tendon ruptures, bi-​lat meniscus tears and most recent… total knee replacement.
I would be lost without his brilliance. If he ever moves, we are all screwed!

I have recurring issues with neck spasms, and Lance was able to pinpoint the issue and give me corrective exercises in one visit. After doing the exercises, the current issue went away and they have not recurred since.

Movement solutions was the perfect resource for my knee rehab. I didn’t want to go the «factory» route, and a friend suggested Lance. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have complete mobility again. I think the knowledge and treatment I received was excellent and I too now recommend Movement Solutions.

Let me be the first to say that Lance really knows his stuff. He’s thorough, personable & energetic, and he seems to really love his job. Now I know why he had no reviews yet… No one wants to give this gem away! As a physical therapist he is amazing. He works you at your pain level and pushes you just enough, and gives realistic exercises designed for you. I highly recommend him, and I’ve gone to a number of p.t.‘s for my back pain.
