Yum! The breakfast is quite nice here. I almost always get the cheddar broccoli in the bread bowl. Soup is great and the bread is amazing with the bits of soup. Why the four star? They 70% of the time, get your order mixed up…

I’m constantly looking for new study places that are relatively quiet, relatively spacious, and have outlets. Being 3 minutes from my house, I was so glad that this met all my points. There is always a table to study where the the table isn’t the size of my desk back in first grade. I love the atmosphere and it’s always so clean because there is at least one staff making sure it’s tidy. As for the food, it’s panera so it’s quick and tasty. I love the tomato mozzarella panini and the iced green tea! It is worth the hype.

The service at this Panera is fast, consistent, and they have never messed up my order(my family and I have been going to this place for years). Beware: if you choose to dine in, the place is swarming with 7th and 8th grade girls who will order two bagels collectively, then proceed to spend hours on end in Panera. I have never seen the staff yell at the teenage loitering which is very considerate on their end. Sometimes they would run out of bagels because of NTHS breakfast friday traditions back in 2005−2006…I wonder if that’s still the case? Also please bring back the sun dried tomato cream cheese! It was everyone’s favorite menu item

The food is your average soups salads and sandwiches. The one advantage to eating here is they are flexible with the orders and they work at providing a better base quality of ingredients.

This is a panera restaurant that is always busy. The food is like any other panera but the service is what makes this location better than others. The staff is very patient and attentive. The restaurant is very spacious, and they even have a conference room. Beware, because all the people of Wilmette go to this location for lunch or just to have coffee… so it is packed most of the time.

This location was clean and friendly. Its pretty spacious, I went around noon for lunch and found a table to sit at. They also have a conference room which I thought was kind of cool. Helpful since there are alot of businesses nearby.

I love Panera. This past weekend I held a meeting in the conference room of the Wilmette Panera and we were treated great by the entire staff. From the moment I first called, the managers were super accommodating. Thanks to everyone at the Wilmette Panera for making our meeting go great. And, of course, we loved the food!

For the most part, I try to avoid writing reviews of these chain, fast-casual type places. You know what you’re getting when you go there. A Chipotle is the same as every other Chipotle just as a Panera is the same as any other Panera. That being said, there are some things that make this Panera unique and that’s why I had to write the review. Panera does vary its menu slightly by location and this Panera always has the best options. I personally LOVE the BBQ chicken flatbread which I’ve seen at no other Panera. It is simply incredible, the cheese, chicken, and a truly unique BBQ sauce make for a splendid combination that I can’t help but order every damn time. And you get to pair it with another option as it’s an inherent you-pick-two. Generally I’ll pair it with the tomato soup which is some of the best tomato soup so readily available. The smoothies are pretty mediocre, certainly not worth the $ 4 they charge so avoid those. Instead go for a muffie or a chocolate chip cookie. Any of the pastries will be delightful.

Panera staff made my experience from meh to great! On a warm, sunny Saturday afternoon, the patio was full the the patrons were thirsty. I was waited in line while 2 other patrons just sneaked right ahead of me. I wasn’t going to throw elbows at kids, but the trend was getting annoying. All I needed was an ice tea. By the time it was my turn, the friendly and understanding staff, said«No worries! It’s on the house.» This location’s Panera staff is keen and has great service.

I literally just left this place. It was crazy mobbed! Come on, it’s bread, soup and salad people. That’s it. No need to go nuts. There are so many local places right around there that have just as good – if not better – food. I was just there for the Wi-Fi and fountain soda… I couldn’t find a parking spot in the tiny lot either. I had to park around the corner. The cashier did not even say hello to me. It was awkward. After paying, I tried to grab a booth that opened up, but there were no plugs for my laptop. Not allowing laptop-carrying folk to sit at booth is discrimination.(I have a thing about booths and wanting to sit in them.) There was a nice worker who helped me plug in my laptop because it was realllll difficult to actually plug it into the wall outlet.(That guy earned this place one of my stars. The other star is for offering fountain soda.) So I sat along the wall in a tiny two-seater table and people kept bumping into my table and chair. It was way to congested and loud. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Maybe I’m easy to please, but everyone who works at the Panera Bread in Wilmette treats me well, has a great attitude and appears to like their work. I know I can get something to eat that is reasonably healthy and at a good price. The variety is large enough that everyone in my family can get their favorite food. The place is alway occupied with customers who are talking, reading or studying. Obviously, other people like this place a lot. That said, I’ve never had problems finding a place to sit.

You know what is really awesome? When you’re not feeling too great and your S.O. takes your pick-up order via text and brings you soup and salad home for dinner. You know what isn’t cool? When the cashier at Panera asks what type of salmon salad you want to order(just to be sure), and J double-checks his text to make sure I did type«Salmon Caesar”* and repeats the order… only to come home and discover they’ve packed these other salmon salad. Also not cool? Telling your potato chip lovin’ wife that you got her 2 bags of potato chips, and her only finding one. I shake my first at you Wilmette Panera! The carry out service here stinks. Make sure to double check your order before leaving. I’d rather battle the unruly college kids at the Evanston Panera than deal with this BS. Plus, they forgot to pack the croutons for my French Onion soup. The dudes at the Evanston Panera *always* pack me croutons on the side. * Yes, I eat salmon salads from Panera. Don’t judge! I have an iron stomach.

I’ve been going here since it opened. Always great service and I enjoy the food. Great expansive seating area, you can find your own corner with your computer and geek out with your coffee and pastry any time of the day. It can get loud, but there is a quiet room so just hop in there and you’ll be happy.

No bran muffins and bad electrical outlets that are loose and don’t really hold chargers firmly. But, good coffee.

Large Panera, with a lot of outlets for laptops. A good place to do some work when not at the office.

This Panera offers consistently great service, and decent food at reasonable prices. The recently remodeled restaurant(due to an elderly customer driving through the window… no kidding!) is spacious and clean. I always get a vegetarian sandwich which is very good. The employees have a positive and upbeat attitude, too.
