My family’s been going to this flower store for more than 20 years! Hands down, it’s the best in the area. The owners, Mr & Mrs Lee, are super nice, helpful, and friendly! We buy flowers here allllll the time and are always pleased with our purchases. We also gift them to our friends, everyone’s always impressed with the flowers we gift them!

I called in on Saturday am and asked them to rush flowers to my dad and they did a great job! Beautiful flowers. Fair prices! Thank you!

Amazing! Wilmette Flowers did a great job on our wedding! The flowers turned out beautifully. We met up ahead of time to discuss what I was thinking and to go over different options for the wedding. After showing various photos and discussing what my vision was she made samples of my center pieces a month before the wedding to make sure it was exactly what I had in mind. I would not go with any other florist! They were prompt, professional, and affordable. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful flowers and arrangements! They did the flowers for my wedding, and I couldn’t be any happier with how all the flowers turned out. Got so many compliments from guests on the flowers! The owners of Wilmette flowers really listened to the vision we had for what our flowers should be and really delivered on the results. They arrived early to our venue to set up and make sure everything would go according to plan, and helped do some last minute decorations around the venue when they saw some gaps. Highly recommend them!

I often purchase their roses. They’re fresh and affordable. The owner is always happy to serve me, whether I’m buying a dozen roses, or a single stem. The prices are reasonable, too.

They have great prices for balloons, but their arrangements are very boring.
Too many cheap flowers and no sense of color. I was very disappointed twice and so I asked my husband to change the flower shop if he is going to order flowers for me.
If YOU specify kinds of flowers or colors you like, it may work. I wasn’t impressed by their corsage for prom either.

My family and I have been customers of Wilmette Flowers for 20+ years, and recently used them for a big family wedding. The first time my mother went in for wedding-​related business, Linda (one of the owners) had many suggestions and showed beautiful pictures of arrangements she’d done for other weddings. She’s very easy to work with, communicative, and makes fantastic suggestions.
Wilmette Flowers provided us with all the bride and bridesmaid bouquets, the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres, mother of the bride corsage, mother of the groom corsage, a beautiful headpiece for the flower girl, and the table centerpieces for the reception. For those, they did high and low arrangements; bright-​colored and summery, they complimented the wedding party colors perfectly.
Linda also had the great idea to use the table centerpieces in the church for the wedding ceremony, with the arrangements going up the aisle on pillars. They then took the time to take the flowers from the church, and drive them more than 20 miles to the location of the reception and set them up perfectly there. The reception room looked exquisite.
The price was reasonable, and payment was very easy (they take credit cards). For a small family business, they do an amazing job of creating beautiful pieces. Would highly recommend, and will be back in the future.

I can’t vouch for their cut flowers, but their outdoor selection and greenhouse area is so amazing! It makes me dream of a garden that will never exist due to my incredibly black thumb (full disclosure: I once killed a cactus, but I still maintain my innocence in that death…).
We were there on Mother’s Day, just like every other procrastinating mother lover on the North side. It was crazy busy, but fully staffed, we were politely asked if we needed help by many different employees. We really knew what we were going for, a European garden type of bucket for outdoors, and we found exactly what we needed.
I think some prices seemed a little steep, but this being Wilmette I knew exactly what range we’d be in. We literally spent my exact cost estimate, which I guess was nice because there wasn’t any sticker shock.
Mom loved her mixed outdoor flower bucket, and you know what they say, happy mom (technically I think the saying is «happy wife,» but whatever just go with it), happy life.
