After a stressful week at work, I scheduled an Alpha Vital facial with Bridgette. From the moment I walked in the door I knew that i was going to have a great experience. I was greeted upon entering 1110 on the Parkway by friendly staff and a serene and calming environment.
The waiting area off of the lobby is decorated with cool, calming colors, plush furniture and refreshing beverages to enjoy while completing paperwork. The magazines on the table focus on happiness and success.
After filling out paperwork and learning about the facial I would be experiencing, I was led back to a comfortable room and provided a nice robe to change in to. I changed and laid down on the bed and noticed right away that the linens that are used at this spa are made of high quality fabricsI really like good linens so I noticed this right away!
Throughout the facial, Bridgette explained the look and feel of my skin and gently gave me tips on how to improve my skin’s health. She spoke with me about the importance of moisturizer, sunscreen, and drinking water. I appreciated that she took the time to speak with me about my skin and how I can improve the look and feel of my skin by simply drinking more water, adding sunscreen to my daily routine, and wearing moisturizer regularly.
I knew my facial was going to be outstanding because Bridgette has 17 years of experience under her belt, but I was blown away at how the entire experience felt like an art form. Her fingers and hands gently brushed over my face and neck while applying a variety of products to exfoliate, cleanse, and hydrate my skin. Bridgette uses YonKa products from Paris. «Yon-​Ka Paris products are natural based. 70% of the line has 90% or higher ingredients of natural origin. Yon-​Ka holds itself to strict standards and has been self-​regulating our usage of natural ingredients for years. Yon-​Ka products are not tested on animals, the safety tests are carried out according to alternative methods.»
I walked out of 1110 on the Parkway with a heightened sense of self-​confidence because my skin was glowing, felt clean and refreshed, and I felt relaxed and ready to get back to reality. I did not leave the spa without first booking another appointment for myself and a massage for my husband. The experience was just fantastic.
