A-1 Coastal Lock & Key

Eric was so helpful and affordable. I lost the only key to my Jeep Wrangler and had to have another made and programmed. I called around and not only was he the most affordable option but he was able to drive his van to where my jeep was stranded and made the key right there on the spot! Everywhere else I called I would have had to pay for towing. He was very friendly and professional, he even taught me some things about the locksmith business that I didn’t know while the key was being programmed. I definitely recommend these guys.

So after spending ALL day calling around to various mechanics and triple A, I came across A-​1 Locksmith. Somehow my ignition barrell (which I didnt know the nAme at the time) came out unknowingly so when I went to leave today to head out of town I go to stick my key in the ignition and there was NOTHING there! It literally baffled me, I had no clue what happened and I called several mechanics who also had no clue what happened or what I was even talking about for that matter and noone could do anything without me having my car towed in to be looked at. Well as a last ditch effort I googled locksmiths and found A-​1 locksmith and Eric was my saving grace!!! Quite a few people could learn a thing or two about how to do customer service the right way from him! I called and explained to him my problem the same way I explained it to the mechanics bc I didnt have a clue what I was talking about and he offered to come check it out free of charge! He arrived when he said he was going to and most importantly was able to fix my ignition for me right then and there!!! Everyone else I called wanted me to tow it in and then couldnt even look at it for a couple days which would have been fine if I wasnt leaving to go out of town this minute. And my other car I was going to have to drive has an AC unit on the blink (when it rains, it pours). So he was literally a life saver AND VERY affordable!!! I couldnt thank him enough!!!
