Watch out for the timeframe for canceling your service. They don’t tell you that if you call to cancel it doesn’t take affect for 30 more days even if you are out of your 1 year obligation. Their employees don’t give good information for quantity owed or refunded. I was told to call back the day after the 30 days in order to get correct refund amounts and to make sure they don’t automatically withdraw the normal amount. Who wants to call back 3 times in order to cancel with a business? Who wants to work with a business that has «fine print» that says we are going to get 30 more days out of you when you no longer need the service! WE WILL NEVER USE ADT AGAIN, EVER! We hope this helps someone in the future to not have to deal with the same BS we did with this company!

Why don’t you call me?! I’ve gotten the run around with ADT and I want out of my contract! I want to speak to a manager but I always get transferred and sent to a voice mail of a customer representative who never calls me back.
