I only wish there was a way to give them less than one star. I purchased a groupon for a microdermabrasion treatment and I never even got to experience the treatment. I called once a week from December until February and left a voicemail message each time. They couldn’t even be bothered to return my call. When they finally did –they practically called me a liar on my voicemail stating I had only tried to contact them once and they returned my call promptly. I have no idea why they would bother to try and create buzz around their business using Groupon –only to ignore new business that came in thanks to that marketing initiative. Thankfullly — Groupon was amazing and refunded my money in a matter of minutes via live chat. Even if this place offers great service(which I’ll never know), they don’t appreciate their respective clients. Find another place — it almost has to be better.

Poor customer service. Tried to schedule a bikini wax using a groupon. Was first asked to try laser instead and i declined. Being my first wax I had some questions. The woman on the phone was not able to answer them clearly and when I tried to clarify she got irritable with me. She didn’t know the answer to my question because she doesn’t do waxing. So when I asked who would do my wax she said she would! I decided to cancel my appointment, lose my $ 60 and save my bikini line! Very unprofessional.

Don’t do it! I had an appt and drove 30 minutes to get there. The ‘med-spa’ has not been updated since the 50’s. I sat for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Finally I walked in the back, and said I had an appt with Kat. I was told she no longer worked there and they no longer do facial services! I was told that Linda would call me. Never happened. So, 60 mins on the road and 20 mins wait time for nothing. Did I mention that I called that morning to confirm my appt, and no one obviously called me back. I have since called twice and no return call. I had a Groupon and I’m sure they will refund my money. PLEASE people, there are some lovely, up to date spas around. The positive reviews here are all about Kat, who is no longer there! DONOTGIVETHISSHABBYOPERATION A PENNY! Be sure to write your review on the Better Business Bureaus website. I surely did.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. I bought a Groupon months ago and it took for ever to schedule an appointment, over text may I add, one I did schedule it, it was canceled hours before. I was so angry but I figured once I’d cooled down I would give them another chance. Before I could even get to that point the lady, Kat, who did the waxing had messaged me this crazy story about how back handed the owner was and my heart truly goes out to her. I got my money back and thank God, because after that experience I would never TRY to go there ever again. I have no clue how their actual derive is there because I never even got to step foot in the place which I thank God for every day.

This place is serious business! I started coming here per the suggestion of a close friend and I’ll have to say I will never trust my skin to anyone else. Kat has 20 years experience and a personality that kills it. I highly recommend the Vi peel(Kat will recommend which version) if you’re looking for a fresh new face… Call now and schedule!!!

Horrible experience ! I went for laser treatments. She suggested I pay cash for a discount and come in for a consult. She proposed the services and began treatment. After the second and third treatments she said I could not continue for what I paid. I had also given her additional cash to add a service. I contacted the doctor and got no response. Completely unprofessional. Go somewhere else!
