ZERO stars if I could!!! My sister-in-law ordered these flowers for her wedding to my brother. First she received a shipment confirmation SIXDAYS before the wedding. We were already a little nervous. We were originally expecting them Friday(two days before the wedding) and when the tracking info. told us they would come a day early we made alternate arrangements to clear our refrigerator space and blast the A/C in our hotel room(this was a destination wedding in Hawaii). Not ideal! When the flowers arrived, they were all wrong. The order was for an assortment of white, salmon, and peach colored roses. Instead, we got red, yellow, purple, hot pink… pick a color, we had it. In addition to half of them being unusable for the wedding based on colors, several more that would have been acceptable were in terrible condition. Many had already fully bloomed and their petals were already falling off. Multiple phone calls were made, messages were left. Calls were not returned.

Unilocal needs a ZERO star option… This company took my wedding information off anther sight, inserted their website name implying that I ordered from them. My name and my husbands full name and complete wedding is on the site copied from another, shame on you. I would not believe anything on this site, they have not removed the information as of yet after a call from the original article author! Terrible misleading and insulting.

They were the only company that I could find that offered exactly the flowers that I was looking for, could deliver a large quantity and deliver them on my exact date I wanted them. Minus one star because if you deal with any of them over the phone they seem very disorganized(between them and their farm where their flower come from). Would I use them again? Absolutely! Oh… and the flowers were beautiful, in good quality and lasted wayyyy longer than I expected them to.

Ridiculously shocking customer service and ugly flowers. The Monday before my scheduled Tuesday delivery, I got an enail saying the roses I ordered were unavailable. Seriously, roses not available in May… I received my shipment of hydangeas, dyed a grotesque shade a purple, the web site did not indicate the hydrangea were tinted or dyed. The hydrangea were dripping dye, the sleeves they arrived in were dripping dye, the leaves were purple, these flowers turned the water I placed them in lilac. The florets not deep purple were speckled and bleeding pink. I contacted the company and the response was send them pictures ASAP. No apology, no concern that I did not have the flowers I needed for an upcoming shower. It is Wednesday evening and I have received no response to the pictures I sent.

Do not order from this company! Order from Bloom by the box and pay more but recieve what you ordered. I ordered flowers for my daughters shower and received only 4 of the 5 boxes and one box was an entirely different flower than what I ordered. The online chat was useless. the customer service email was useless and better yet the 800 customer service # was in spanish then said asta leaugo in spanish. No satisfaction and no refund! They should be put out of business!!!

I placed an order for flowers two weeks prior to my Mother’s memorial service. Six days before the scheduled delivery date they informed me that due to a FedEx delivery cancellation they would be unable to deliver the flowers. They did offer to have the flowers arrive on the day of the event, which I had previously informed them was not possible. They told me they would work with an area florist to correct the situation and call me the following day. They did not return my call, when I called the following day they informed me they had found florists two to 4 hours away but had not yet lined up flowers. They have promised to reimburse me.

HORRIBLE! Do not order from this company. The bridal bouquet that I received had freezer burn on several flowers(white roses that were completely brown on the tips) and it was completely ruined. I had to find a florist to make me a bouquet at the very last minute thanks to this company. I called the company to ask for a refund and was told to take pictures of the flowers and box they came in and email them. I’ve done this and sent follow up emails and have yet to hear anything back from them, they’ve gone completely silent. That’s $ 100 I’ll never get back.
