We have several rental properties. This summer we needed to replace the HVAC units at 3 of our properties. Justin and his crew were great. They showed up on time, did the work within a reasonable time frame and left everything clean and neat when done with the job. All this was done for a very fair price and the equipment they used was of high quality. Also need to mention that they treated our tenants with respect and understanding. We will continue to use Anderson Air for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

I worked with another AC company for many years on my house in Wilmington and had numerous issues. The last straw was when they replaced a compressor that went out just over a year later, then told me that it only had a one year warranty and that the warranty on my unit had run out after 5 years. The estimate was for a repair of the compressor (~$ 1800) or replacement of the entire unit (~$ 5,500).
Luckily I called Anderson Air before proceeding with the repairs. Justin was awesome! He took the time to determine my warranty on the unit is for 10 years and also that the part that the other company installed has a lifetime warranty!
I am so fortunate to have found Justin and Anderson Air for my AC needs. If you’re looking for an ethical, hard working company, you have come to the right place! Thanks Justin for all your help!
