NO!!!
We were stalked in this store by a sales rep. I know, I know. The sales folks work on commission and they don’t want to let you wander the store by yourself just to have you complete your purchase with another representative.
However, I don’t know how many times you need to tell someone that you’re just «looking» or that if you need them you’ll come FIND THEM. Honestly, we left because we were being tailed by this older woman the whole time and she would not freaking leave us alone. To say that it was annoying would be a gross understatement.
Thanks to the «service» I received, I will not ever be going back.

I went to Ashley expecting to get cheap funiture, bad service, and terrible delivery. BOY WAS I WRONG.
The furniture is very good quality. No, it is not going to last 20 years, but it is pretty darn good quality, especially for the price.
My sales person Gene was very helpful and not at all pushy. I went back several times and he was very patient with me.
The delivery was ON TIME, quick, and very nice. We did put down a delivery date 1 week before we actually needed it (having seen reviews the delivery was never on time)…so I guess the furniture was late compared to the delivery date I gave them but on time for wheh I needed it.
All of my furniture was delivered in good condition with the exception of a few end tables which were broken in transit. I was called the day before and told they would not be arriving. I have received several calls since then updating me on their delivery status.
So far so good…

AVOID THIS STORE. The sales people will approach you very quickly and at first seem helpful. This is wonderful, but, if someone else comes through the door they will leave you mid sentence to pickup another customer. They try to juggle multiple customers at once.
Completely false information is the norm here. When you check out they do have to say «it may take 3 – 8 weeks». This is not unusually for a furniture store. The problem is that while being sold the furniture my salesperson went to a computer and rushed backed excitedly saying that my piece of furniture is actually ready to go for pickup and that I should pay no mind to the «3 – 8 week mandatory agreement/​terms» because he just saw that it was ready now.
After calling for weeks upon weeks now there is no information when my furniture will be ready. I went back and spoke with the store manager. The store manager is wonderful; they admittedly said that the sales person has no access to stock lists– I was lied to point blank by my sales man.
Elkton MD store on other note is wonderful. Attentive employees and 100% honesty. It is we’ll worth the short drive to this location instead.

Just ordered a sofa and loveseat from Ashley — will update this review when it arrives (3 — 8 weeks from now.). Fingers crossed. So far the sales team has been great — and we are on track to receive the furniture in mid March.
