Bennett Towing and Auto Repair

The mechanics at Bennetts are lifesavers! The alternator in my car started going out when I got past Cincinnati. I had it towed to Bennetts around 5:45 pm and they had it fixed by 7:20 pm the same night. They stayed late just to fix my car so I could continue my trip to Columbus, Ohio. Since I’m from Georgia and was a long way from home, their efficiency and hospitality was awesome! Thanks again yall!!!

What’s worse than the feeling of your car breaking down? How about your car breaking down 2 ½ hours from home early on Thanksgiving morning (like 1 AM) when you’re on the interstate and the temperature is about 15 below freezing.
The scenario above happened to yours truly this year. Thankfully, I have AAA and — after putting a request in on their website — someone from Bennett came to my rescue. Even better, he mentioned that he worked at Bennett. He checked my car over while it was still by the side of the road, told me what he thought the problem was and translated it from car-​speak into dollars for me.
The next day, I was able to pick up my car at their shop. It was back to running like new, and the cost on the repair was very close to what he told me he thought it would be. I couldn’t be happier with how my Thanksgiving ended up after its bad beginning, and much of my thanks this year goes to Bennett!
